This McDonalds is a hit and miss on any given day. We went there on Memorial Day weekend thru drive thru. Let the order fly when he said and ended. The with a few seconds in between he said can you repeat the order. I said from where. He said from the beginning. Problem is there was 3 cars up front and in drive thru and 4 in back. This is not the first or second time this has happened at this establishment. Must be the workers . But hey there are always other McD’s around up and down Goodman.

If I could give no stars I would. Went to pick up an order that was done via the app. Was told to go through drive thru then they canceled the order. Was super rude and lazy staff. Hate to say it but almost can’t wait til the robots take over these jobs. Will be deleting the app and not patronizing this location.

I ordered a classic cheese burger meal and the burgers came with mayonnaise which was not requested I ordered chicken nuggets and got a fish sandwich and cold fries

Took my son to get a milkshake on his birthday because that's what he asked for. Was asked to pull up and wait...brings out a milkshake cup full of icecream not blended or stirred just straight from the machine...just to lazy to add milk and mix the shake.

I used to really love this location but for the last 6ish months it has truly become a poor experience every time. Either they leave something out of my order or they act like me pulling up to the drive through is such an inconvenience that I feel guilty for ordering. Furthermore, I usually don’t go back or even let them know because I’ve usually made it home by then and just eat the cost because I didn’t want to have to drive back out. After several times in a row I finally the Last time called after I had nuggets missing… & they said to get them and say some girls name… but I never did… & just let it go after informing the store it was an issue This time they gave me an apple pie that turned to dust when I bit into it, and I checked the time and it was supposed to be disposed of before lunch that day… but they gave it to me at 8ish pm… Then the food was all cold per usual (except my husbands nuggets) and the burger didn’t have all the ingredients which I asked to be added and they just added pickles and still left off the onions. Again, typically I just suck it up and just warm it all up when I get home… but this time I finally took it all back, and kindly asked for a refund after explaining the situation. I used to work in fast food, so I understand that sometimes things may not always come out as expected… but this has consistently been an issue for several months now. They did refund me without issue and took all the food back at least which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1. I won’t be returning to this location until they get this quality of food and packing issue resolved. The one in front of Old Navy is much better.

They always lack something on the menu, if it's not the ice cream machine that is damaged or they don't have nuggets, the cold chips, in a few months now this McDonald's at 6828 Southaven has declined a lot

Normally this McDonald's is fast but today was the absolute worst as the manager had them stop taking orders 20 minutes before breakfast was over!!!!! Not only was it bad she had an attitude......if you're gonna stop breakfast at least tell the customers instead of having us wait for nothing.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that the service alone was awful. It takes forever to get your food and then it’s almost ALWAYS missing something. Therefore you get stuck waiting another 20 minutes for a single item. I pulled into curbside after a mobile order, waited 20-30 minutes and got nothing. Pulled into the drive through and they acted like they couldn’t find my order. Once they found it, it took forever for them to make it. Then they told us to pull around and we waited ANOTHER 20-30 minutes.

Absolutely horrible. I think being lazy is a requirement in the hiring process at this location. And having zero customer service experience is also a hiring decision that management must make here. Go anywhere else, this place doesn’t deserve your money. Go to the one all the way by 55, it’s worth it. Nothing fast about this fast food. Slowest, most worthless service ever. All truckles down from management! Terrible training equals terrible experience for the end consumers.
