La Capital is absolutely one of my favorite places and I'm a very very picky person !!! The owner Oscar and his staff are absolutely Amazing!!! The food always comes out hot & good!!! The drinks, Omg...Top Tier. Nobody can do it better than La Capita!!!! đ!!! I usually get Pina Coladas, The Best Ever !!!

I absolutely do not recommend. This is our first time here. Here with a group of 4 for 5 de Mayo. I understand just how busy an establishment can be, Iâve worked in the food industry. Iâve worked for Mexican restaurants. And Iâve worked a 5 de Mayo. So I understand the pressure and being busy. First our cheese dip/gucamole (which is the only food we ordered took 30+min to get here) but the cherry on top was their manger..Oscar was extremely RUDE. I had a question about a drink before I ordered, and his response was âwhat is on the menu is all we have. You can order or not.â Very cut and dry and rude. The table I am with was also their first time, and just had as much of a foul experience. Will not be returning. Just disgusted with this place.
Their advertisement on facebook said respect is required. Well respect should be given to be earned.

First time eating, food was fantastic. House margaritas were very good. Owner was there, very polite. Checked on us numerous times throughout the evening. wait staff was also very polite. When I want Mexican food again I will be going back here.

Food was great. Had 9 people. We were split into two groups. Each group was put into two very small rooms. The rooms had a partition that was removeable so that we can turn it into one larger room. For some reason we were refused to open up the partition. DId not make any sense.

After we were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait, we waited 40 minutes. It went downhill from there. Service was basically uncaring and clueless. 40 minutes after being seated we still did not have food. I got the salmon Benedict, which was terrible, yolks well done and the fish was so salty you couldnât eat it. The manager was no help, said if we had let them know they could have fixed it . I told her we did and they did not. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Should have read the reviews before we went.

Owner basically wouldnât sit us because we had over 6, mind you the other 2 were small kids, basically said he doesnât do it because groups get rowdy, insinuating because we were black we would get rowdy. He compared a group of 6 people to him having to turn away a church group away, so basically it was bs because he didnât want to serve us. Wouldnât recommend going they basically service who they want to ??ââď¸

We were told the wait would be 30-40 minutes and after an hour we were told they couldnât release a table or sit us at a table outside because she didnât know who would wait on us out there. Even though the waiter told us that we should tell the hostess to seat us out there and he would be our server. We have been here several times but never again!
Customer service horrible. Kicked out with 15 minutes to finish beverages.

My husband and I went here for dinner. Everything started great. Our server was very sweet. About 20-30 mins after we were sat a big group of 10 ppl camein, keep in mind we had already ordered appetizers not too long after we sat down. The group of 10 that came after us got at least 4-5 appetizers served while we were still waiting on our 2 apps. We waited atleast another 10 minutes after the group of 10 was served before ours came out. We told the manager who clearly knew the group of 10 either personally or from them being returned customers, either way he never apologized. The apps were amazing when they finally came out. We did not receive silverware until after our food was served and had to ask for that as well as napkins.We ordered ribeyes one medium one medium well they both came out well done which both looked like new yoirk strip steaks,and that's what te young man that served our food said they was. We expressed this to the manager as well who again did not apologize we seemed to only get excuses for everything we had an issue with, and claimed they were ribeyes. The Mac and cheese tastes like noodles there's no cheese flavor and the Brussel sprouts were cold when they arrived. Our server Harley was amazing and had a very upbeat attitude, but seemed to be overwhelmed with the mistakes and issues from the kitchen. I myself am in the hospitality industry and know that the service we received was not a reflection of what hospitality is or should be.

Service was exceptional. The ground beef on my tacos did not look, nor taste like ground beef. Wonât be back. Thatâs how bad it tasted. Need to check their meat better
