It deserves a 0! There was flies & black bugs flying throughout the restaurant. The food was less than Mid. Chicken tenders was salty the loaded potato soup had only 1 hunk of potato and nothing else. My son and daughter law order the mac & cheese. It was dry and crumbly to the point it was uneatable.

We order our food , took hour for us to have dinner, waitresses was very nice , got our drinks, took our order, bought us bread so we cold have something to eat , definitely excellent customer service on that one , but the mood in the restaurant was awful, customers waiting all at tables , the food wasn’t at all pleasant, but we were hungry, ready to eat , we paid for our meal , tip the young lady that waited on us , we left . I know y’all can do better than that on food , we plan on not really return for second round

Horrible Food Service. Husband had a dinner date at O'Charley's. I love the dinner rolls here. I ordered the catfish dinner, and my husband ordered the chicken tender. We ordered spinach dip that we never received. I was charged for potato skins that I never ordered, and the dinner rolls that I love so much. We received 2 in the basket, and they were cold and burned on the bottom . Now, let's talk about my catfish dinner. When i received it, it was swimming in Cole Slaw juice, the fries were soggy and warm, I told the waitress that she ordered to get the kitchen to cook another plate. Only for me to wait 15 minutes on 2 pieces of catfish strips on a small plate and no fries. 15 minutes later, she brought the fries, and they were cold. I asked for the manager. After 20 minutes of waiting, she comes out smiling. I explained to her about my meal. Her reply was Oh I guess it would have been nice to eat it all together. I can give you a discountDiscount. Please give me my ticket so I can get out of here. Unbelievable

Service was extremely slow, and the guy couldn't remember anything had to all several times for things. We spent close to 3 hours and it was dead. Should have left after realizing that no one eats there for a reason. Food was mediocre, not worth the price.

Service was great, food was ehhhh ok. Atmosphere was good, but had some lady talking on her phone the whole time and made sure everyone in Mississippi could hear it. Even had it on speaker.....smh. Chicken tenders were not what they used to be, kind of bland and the potato skins seemed like they were warmed up in a microwave. Maybe they had an "off" day......?♂️
Ordered seafood platter and fish was cold and fries had a freezer burn taste. Shrimp had a bitter taste. The rolls were hard. The chicken tenders were not good at all and soggy! I see why there wasn’t anyone in the parking lot from the experience. It is no excuse to serve food like this, look at the pictures and you can tell no one ate their meal. I can remember eating at this location and really enjoying my food. We all kept looking around and wondering what has happened, something has changed. The waitress was wonderful and had excellent customer service. Now the manager had walked by and didn’t asked if our service was okay and I only found out it was the manager once I requested to speak with the manager to let them know about the food. We will not return. We should have went to Chili’s, better food, fresh and hot. If you are reading this review please do not eat at Ocharleys. It is disgusting!!!

However, Abby was able to rectify that.The restaurant was mostly empty. That is a little strange for Friday night date night. It did, however, work in our favor.Dietary restrictions: Most every dieter can find something.Kid-friendliness: Items for children are available. There were a few young children at the restaurant who seemed to enjoy themselves.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors. Tables with chairs that can be moved.

We had an awesome server that was attentive and friendly but the food was TRASH. My ribs were horrible ? I've eaten $2 stakes that were more tinder and the salad was drowned is dressing, chicken tinder was dry and my mashpotatoes looked like soup but after hearing all the kitchen staff playing everything made since. I'll probably never go to this location again.

I’ve been in the customer service business for 22 yrs. I can honestly say that this was the worst service I have ever had. The management obviously doesn’t have a clue of what they’re doing. I stood at the door for over 10 mins waiting to just be greeted. That was after 3 different people walked by and didn’t say a word. It no wonder why you have to close your businesses. Just having good food alone will not keep your establishments open. As of now that’s all you have going for yourself.

Our server, Greta, was great, though. Very cheerful and on top of things. The atmosphere is a bit dated. It doesn't appear to have been updated in more than a decade.
