One and Only BBQ, my first visit to Mississippi, was greatly rewarded by dining at One and Only BBQ, the staff utmost friendly and excellent atmosphere. Me and my husband ordered the beef brisket sandwich and meal. My bun was burnt and our brisket was tough. Not what we are used to from One&Only… called the restaurant spoke to the store manager Antonio and he asked me to bring it back and he would make it right! He apologized and he threw in a dessert for my troubles! That’s the customer service I expect! Thanks!

I’m a Memphis native and this is probably some of the best barbecue in the city!! Also, our server, Bri was amazing and really took care of us! She was waiting a lot of tables and doing a fabulous job. I’m especially attentive to these things as both of my children have been servers at various restaurants in the past. I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly!!! Btw, we ate at the location in Southaven.
I am originally from California where the restaurant business is extremely competitive with both customer service and food quality/tastiness. My husband and I stopped in one after a day of shopping in Southhaven. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with French fries. I ordered the beef ribs and Mac n cheese. Since I don't eat pork, I did not try my husband's sandwich, but he said the sandwich was just okay. His French fries could have been cooked a little longer. My Mac n cheese tasted like a was Kraft Mac and cheese sprinkled with some shredded cheese on top. However, I ordered my beef ribs dry. I was very impressed. The portion was HUGE!!. The ribs were cooked very well and the seasoning was outstanding!!!. The sauce (while not needed) added to the already amazing flavor. Great job on the ribs -- well worth the cost. One more thing I want to add: Autumn was our server. She provided some of the best service I have received since moving to the South. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive. Please let that young lady know she did an outstanding job! Because of her great service,.my husband and I will return to try other items. Thank you Autumn!
