There BBQ is good but here in Memphis there is no shortage of good BBQ. Unfortunately their food isn't worth bad service and attitude. Not to mention when you order online, the menu isn't up to date. They advertise hot gairdinia but do not make it. We order a bbq diner that says 2 sides but only one side is allowed. When we said the website has contradicting info her response was it was us misreading it. We like one and only but the southaven location has got to do better on their service. Last time we ate here the lady at the window had some sort of attitude because we came to pick up our to go order from the drive tru. This time they left out a whole meal. It could just be this southaven location but beware. I'll update if another location has better attitudes towards their paying customers.

I ordered the beef spare ribs, there was literally 1 fork full of meat on whole 3 rib serving. There was more silverskin than there was meat. The meat itself was dry. I paid 70.00 for a fork full of meat. I wont be going back at all or recommending, I wanted to say something about the ribs but the server was nice but very inattentive.

The chicken leg quarter was dry. It was cooked too long. The twice baked potato salad was German potato salad, didn't like it. The green beans and the toast was good.

Saw someone post on Big Tae page that this place had the best turkey sandwich. I don’t eat pork or beef so it’s hard to find bbq spots that have alternatives. Ordered the 1/3 lb turkey sandwich and it was great. Food is served hot and fresh and the sauce is outstanding. I will be back to try some of the chicken dishes.

A true gem 💎, there is always better BBQ some where else they say. This is it however.
Staff was nice and we got a table fast and was well taken care of. Went for a feast plater, was food for 3 to 5 according to the menu, would say food for 4.
Service was great, our waitress was very good, food was awfull, baked beans were like pork n beans, the last time I ate there the smoked chicken legs were falling off the bone, they were great, this time they were like rubber, the only thing that was good was the slaw, will not go back!

The atmosphere, food, service and cleanliness of this resturant was amazing. I’m still liking my fingers. Whenever I come back to Southhaven I will most defiantly come back. Our server Rene and Anthony the Manager were gracious host to my family.
