One & Only BBQ in Southaven MS has got to be one of my favorite lunch eating places. Every time we enter the restaurant, they make Myself and the other people that's normally with me feel like they have known us forever. You have a group that always makes sure to stop by. Taylor T "Tonka" is the main server that takes care of us. She doesn't even have to ask what we would like to eat she already knows. Now that speaks volume with the number of customers she deals with on a daily or even weekly. Then you have Shannon she is just as great as Taylor "Tonka". She always assures us that Taylor is not here but will make sure she handles us just as we are always treated. Those are two of the best servers I have come across in a long time. Now let's talk management You have a manager name Brook and Morganne that always tells us that we enjoy seeing us walk in the building. Most managers don't take time to get to know you but not these two. I tell everyone about the service we receive from these four is by far more than any kind of experience you can get at any restaurant.

This was an awesome place to enjoy great food The atmosphere was welcoming the staff wow!! So attentive our server Isabella was fantastic she made sure my children were happy she interacted with them made them smile and laugh the food was out in a quick manner hot fresh and sooo good Y’all of you haven’t had the banana pudding you are missing a treat my goodness it’s home made make you rethink your life choices good come on down and enjoy it !!!!

I am writing a review giving AC manager and wonderful Bella my server that I would not have met if had not been for going thru the drive thru and receiving cold fries. I think we get use to getting food that is not up to par that we just take it however I was not in the mood to do so tonight hungry and tired I complained to AC . People deserve better than this as expensive as food is etc…well let me tell you AC was more than willing to listen and correct the problem. Instead of heading home to eat originally planned I stayed and was served the best fresh food I have eaten out in a long time. The pork shoulder bbq, fries ,slaw , drink was excellent. I was sent home with banana pudding and have not touched yet but I’m betting it’s great as well. Bella and AC made my night and I went from never coming back to looking forward to the next time.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots and sidewalk slopes down fir wheelchair or if you can’t do stairs

A.C., the manager was absolutely wonderful when I came in. I didn’t have to wait at all. He told me what foods they had that were hot and ready. He even described how the ribs were smoked and seasoned. He also let me look at my ribs before they bagged them up. Great & super friendly personality! I will definitely be back!!

We loved it! Great food, pulled pork nachos were perfect ?.The Manager AC came over to make sure we liked the food & Brittany was our server, Both were Very Nice.We will definitely be back, we need to try the greens with brisket in them & the banana pudding....we were too full from the nachos we shared today.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking & Ramp with enough room to move around inside.

Hey yall okay this was our first time trying 1&only soAC was great to us had great customer service.It was clean and neat the vibe was positive family oriented.Food~ we had the meat platter with ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken and smoked sausage with Mac N cheese baked beans and twice baked potato saladRibs were fresh fall off the boneSausage was cooked to perfectionMac N cheese was blahBaked beans were canned with a lot of onionsPotato salad was an absolute noPulled pork had great flavor a little dryChicken was good flavorWe ordered ribs to go as wellMeat was good overall the sides need to be better.

Awesome server, extremely friendly and attentive. Great R&B music. Expensive for the quality and flavor despite the fact that they give you generous portions. The onion rings were over fried and it seemed like we got the bottom of the last batch that was over saturated in oil — gross! The Turkey sandwich, while a generous stack on soft bread was over powered by the flavor of old blackened dirty grill taste that simply ruined the sandwich for me. I had indigestion all night and couldn’t get that burnt acrylamide flavor out of my mouth. The Mac and cheese tasted like Velveeta (?) and my fruit salad was mostly tough, acidic pineapple with just 1-2 tiny pieces of cantaloupe and honeydew melon. Now, the strawberry pork salad did not disappoint (that’s what my spouse ordered). Hate to say it, but would have been better off taking the family to Panera. But we wanted to have some local BBQ flavor on our way back home to the Bayou State. Kids left hungry so when we were paying the bill we ordered a Millie’s banana pudding to go (be forewarned, it’s super sweet!). The coleslaw was also sweet, but good.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly: has a kids menu, booths, coloring sheets, and the atmosphere is suitable to hosting families. Our server was super friendly and accommodating.
