Orders the Tonkatsu Black Ramen, Edamame and Octopus balls. Service was fast, food was delicious, bathroom was immaculate. This is a good break from all the chain fast food restaurants nearby.

Placed and ordered ($77)on DoorDash for pick up.Get home and my bowl mine don’t have what I ordered for protein crispy chicken.Call to the restaurant and the young lady that answered the phone told me to bring the bowl back.She comes out the kitchen and hands me 2 sauce cups and says here is your chicken.I drove back for you not to remake my order and try to offer me a protein that I do not order.Very unexpectedly.No manager on duty.I will not be patronizing this business again.

The energy was calm and they were playing good music. The staff were nice and greeted us. I got a Strawberry Slush with strawberry popping bobas and I rate it a 9/10. After a while it gets real sugary, but super refreshing. My friends got a Taro Milk Tea with tapioca balls (10/10) and a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping balls (9/10).

This location has gone so downhill. I’m from Memphis so I don’t come here often. When I walked in, there were no customers. I walked up to the register and couldn’t get the workers attention. There were two girls behind the counter. They were both on their phones and had their AirPods in. When I finally got their attention, they seemed really annoyed. Like, why are you getting annoyed at me because you have to do your job that you get paid to do? And I was walking out, I noticed that none of the tables were clean. They all had paper and dirty dishes on them. Just dumb teenagers with bad attitudes that are too lazy to work.

Every time I’ve come into Poke World, the person behind the counter has AirPods in and does the bare minimum to greet people or be pleasant. After ordering, the two people behind the counter did nothing for five minutes until a third person came out and starting making my tea. The drink is fine, but absolutely not worth the poor service.

I've been a few times and really enjoy the food (especially the boba). The staff is very accommodating and polite. The lobby/dining area is decorated in a very cute and comfy way. We absolutely will be coming back and recommend it to everyone.

This is a counter service establishment with poke and ramen options. They have house made broths and knowledgeable staff. They answered all my allergy concerns.
