Hello, my family and myself a group of 12 came to the Southaven RedHook on Saturday 10/5/24 around 11am. We waited on the porch area til 1130. The door was open, we were not allowed to sit inside even though it was getting pretty warm and we had 2 people 75+ years old. Once inside the waitress did not say a single word of greeting, threw the menus on the tables and when asked if she could open the blinds because it was so dark you could not read the menus, she said they were not allowed to open them. When we insisted she very begrudgingly open them but another surly, angry waitress immediately stormed over to close them. Again, she did not greet our party in any way. We waited about 10 minutes, no one came to get a drink order or anything else. We made the decision to take the party elsewhere. Yall really dropped the ball. I will not be coming back and I will not be recommend your establishment to anyone I know.
Got all the seasonings combined and extra spicy and it was the most bland seafood boil ever ever had

Normally have good experience here. Today was not. I usually dine alone but took my mom and her friend. Our server was very slow and forgot what we ordered before she even rang it in. I ordered crab legs and was brought shrimp. Had to wait for a remake. Had to ask for everything that we wanted as far as sauce and even horseradish for the oysters. Thank goodness the food was good because the service was not!
