Yall go ahead and go down there! Make sure yall ask for RED!!! She will handle you with care and you will not regret having her as your waitress!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to redeem the BOGO deal and this was THE WORST order of linguini pasta I’ve EVER had a Red Lobster! It was the MOST food ever served, but the alfredo had NO TASTE at all and was missing the parmesan that MAKES the sauce! The chicken was just cut up in slices and placed atop the glob of pasta with Cajun seasoning sprinkled across it! The shrimp linguini served with the shrimp deal was cold; and we tried doctoring up the BOGO order of shrimp linguini with more seasoning and cheese but NADA!
Sent chicken pasta back and requested the Wed nt deal and EVERYTHING was WAAAAYYYY TOO SALTY! Their broccoli is almost always FYE, but the mixture of seasoning sitting atop it made it almost too salty to eat! The steak was cooked medium perfectly, but all the juice and seasoning everything was swimming in on the plate made it all overly seasoned. The lobster was cooked too long and the edges were rubbery! Because everything was already relayed to Management from the pasta issues, I did not give feedback on salty seconds OR ask for some type of reduction that SHOULD’VE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY GIVEN considering I had to pay more for the meal than expected not being able to use my BOGO deal nor try another order of chicken pasta if I desired because they ran out!
I was so over the whole dinner I forgot to order a drink… just drank water! I didn’t think to take a pic before I mixed it all together, but posting what it’s supposed to look like vs what I got last night! I left VEEEERRRRRYYYYYY DISSATISFIED… AND HUNGRY! And I know Red Lobsters’ still make the pasta correctly because I’d just had it a few weeks ago at Wolfchase and it WAS 🔥

Server named Ms Red she was AMAZING!!!!!! Promoter her, pay her, appreciate her, and bonus her!!!!!!! She was attentive ,friendly but professional and knew her menu and suggestive sold to me. Keep her on the job and allow her to train others!!!!!!!!

We dined in on 11/26/25. We arrived at restaurant and waited for over 15 min for someone to acknowledge we were waiting to be seated. The restaurant had only 4 other tables. Atmosphere was steamingly hot.....we amongst other guests and our server asked management to turn heat down due to it being extremely hot in the restaurant. We were told that they were cold and could not turn the heat down. What ever happened to making the customer feel comfortable? Not at this Red Lobster.....food arrived not cooked properly, missing items. Server was great. Will not return to this Red Lobster location anytime soon.

We ordered our $120 takeout order at 5:05 they said our food would be ready at 5:33. We didn’t get our order until 7pm. We waiting for an hour and half in the parking lot. They put me on hold for 20 mins to check on the order. It would’ve been longer but I hung up and called again and still haven’t spoken to a person. (We had to go inside to get, which we did several times and there was no one up front one time and the other they just checked and it still took 30-40 mins)If your want to eat RedLobster you need to put your order in the day before bc the need all that time to complete one order.
