The ice cream is decent, but the service is terrible! It's a lot of young people with attitudes that work there. This place could be great if they had better staff.

On apple maps it said they were closing at 6:00pm we walked in at 5:30 and there were a couple young girls in there and said oh we're closed and then laughed in our face. The door wasn't locked when we went in and as we left they were still dying of laughter and finally locked the door.

I highly recommend Rockin Rolls Ice Cream Parlor. The customer service is very energetic and the staff members are very helpful and welcoming. I have visited this establishment several times and each time I am applaud by the creation of the Ice Cream Rolls. Also, they carry Snow Cones and Chicago Style Hot Dogs which are highly recommended. If you are within the Desoto County area I highly suggest you stop by you will not be disappointed.

Stopped in as our son had been wanting to try rolled ice cream forever and we always seem to miss their open hours . We each got rolled ice cream - staff was plentiful and nice . Product was less than desirable- I even stopped for a Moment as the ice cream smelled sour to me . My son did not like his and my husband had to get a new one as his had a hair - which they did apologize for and he changed to a sno ball which was better . For there to be so much staff the place was not clean . Game counter was sticky . Not enough inside sit down space for family - have a few 2 tops and outside seating. They are trying but need some help .$25 for three orders of rolls -too much for the end product. Am rooting for you as I can tell someone is trying .

Showed up at 1:20 it was supposed to open at 1:00. The manger was late and had 2 young girls standing outside waiting on her. She seemed very aggravated. The place was not clean your feet stuck to the floor while walking. She had nothing prepared. Informed us and the others waiting who had been waiting that she was out of vanilla because it had not been made. The girls preparing the ice cream had their hand bags on the prep counter right next to the ice cream making on their phones texting while completing orders. The hand wash sink behind the counter looked as if it had never been wash and the cookie jar she pulled out with the cookies in it was disgusting. The manger seemed very unfriendly with a nasty look on her face. Almost bothered that she was there or had customers. Will not be going back. Definitely not a good experience
Went to take my kids at 1:25 today. The door was locked. The three girls come rolling in laughing saying oh hang on we will open the door. They go in talking to each other about how they are late laughing not saying anything to us. Things happen, I'm not mad about that. But the way they handled it was awful. Then one of them said " y'all gonna have to wait for us to make this vanilla ice cream" and we all turned about and walked out. Again things happen but at least acknowledge the fact that you are opening the store almost 30 minutes late..

First time googlin this place.Ordered 4 rolled ice creams on my order without expecting a time spam of 15 to 20 minutes for each one . They had 3 employees who couldn't handle 3 customers in a timely manner. Overall flavors are great .
