Showed up with a party of 5 around 6pm on a weeknight, not very busy at all. Hostess seated us and we waited for about 15 minutes with a server walking by us multiple times without acknowledging us or ever taking our drink order. Got up and took our business to Lost Pizza Company, where they always do a great job.
Was refused service just because our party size was too big. Then wouldn’t split the party because they said we were still together. They said new management said we have to have 24 hours notice to take a party of 14. Terrible service and just took business away from their company and their servers.
We have been multiple times! Walked in tonight with a party of 12 and 2 babies. They told us we can not be seated without a 24 hr heads up for a party that big. We then offered to split up, and service was refused! There were plenty of open tables. Crazy!!
