The pizza was ok. We had 3 pizzas and 1 chicken Alfredo for 4 people plus tea. The bill was $91 plus tip. Our server was good but very busy. Half our food came in about 30 mins, the other half came to us after 45 mins. The restaurant was about 60% occupied. So that’s a lot of money for food that’s ok plus a long wait.

The absolute mid of pizza. On a scale of 1-10, it’s a perfect 5. The sad part is that the toppings are good, the selection is phenomenal, but the execution and service are so consistently poor it makes it hard to recommend. Want a refill? Too bad. Want the center of your deep dish to be hot? Too bad.

We dined for lunch today. We could not enjoy our lunch at all for the large amount of gnats swarming our food. We had great service..but the bugs made enjoying our visit awful. We were at the White Station in Memphis location.

Tried having a good time here but the server ruined it for us. She forgot our Appetizers and then tried explaining they couldn’t take the bread off the sandwich when I told her I just wanted the olive salad off the sandwich.. I’ve worked in the industry and I can almost guarantee I could have taken the olives off the sandwich. She was so unaware what was even going on at our table or maybe she just didn’t care. The other server with curly brown hair was more of a server to us than our own. Oh also, she brought everyone’s food out but mine. I waited an extra 15 minutes while everyone’s food got cold being polite to me by not eating. The worst if I could give zero stars I would.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant and it was disappointing. We had a party of 6 and was sat in the bar area. There was a bartender responsible for the bar and tables around it. There should have been at least one or two other employees to help out. One person in our group never got the food til time to go. I ordered the meat feast calzone, it was good. Hope rotolo's can do better.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time and it was well worth it. We ordered calzones and boudin balls it was all delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We will definitely be going back.

Rotolo’s offers great food and great customer service. I absolutely love the shrimp tacos with their fries. The spinach and artichoke dip is also a great appetizer. Go check it out if you haven’t!
