As we walked in we were greeted immediately by the young lady at the front. She was polite & efficient. My wife & I had the eggrolls, hush puppies (I was weirdly craving a good southern hush puppy) & the star of the show..the steak Philly. First off, everything was hot & fresh! Major points w/ us. Hush puppies were perfectly fried, no grease taste, just light & doughy inside. Eggrolls, great flavor through n through. Cheesy & full of flavor. Now that Philly tho 😩🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾 steak was seasoned to perfection! It's very easy to over salt/season the meat in a philly but this had the right amount of every seasoning used. The veggies were caramelized & what I really could appreciate was how the veggies were thinly sliced, allowing the cheese & the meat to shine. The bread was fresh & soft! Overall a 10/10! I wish we weren't visiting..smackers would have me in a chokehold lol

I was in the area and decided to check out Smackers based on its mostly positive reviews. If you plan to dine in, just be aware that the space is very small, with only a few tables and some stool seating near the front window. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the menu. I ordered the Chicken Quesadillas and a Coke Zero (I couldn’t help but notice Kool-Aid was also on the menu, which was an interesting item for $3.99 ). The food took about 20 minutes to come out, which felt a bit long for a simple order.That said, the Quesadillas were delicious and came with a flavorful salsa. A few negatives to noteagain was the long wait time, an additional charge for using a credit card, and the loud music coming from the kitchen, which felt a bit inconsiderate for dine-in guests. Overall, Smackers food was good but could definately improve the overall dining experience. Worth a try if you’re nearby, but I recommend takeout.

I looooovee this place. Food is always good and hot. Today was the only time the customer service was sub par. Whomever the young lady was at the register today 4/10/25 around 1:25pm needs training on customer service. I don't care how good the food is, I will stop spending my money if I don't feel welcomed. No thank you or nothing, could hardly even hear her.

I had the boneless wings and the chicken quesadillas and it was terrible. Also the young girl who took my order was very rude and not friendly at all.i will not return to this restaurant again

Food is nice .. but you have to place your own order if paying with a card which made no sense. I had ppl ordered and came in after me got their food before I did. I know next time to do my order online machine had a glare a first time trying to ad stuff etc. it would be nice if the cashier did it .

My fiancee and I and daughter went in for a last minute stop to get something to eat since we was in the area.We waited almost an hour for our food.They call his name thinking the food was ready but nothing came out like who does that.My fiancee and i got food posioning at this location! Mind you i am 8 month pregnant! I love smackers but this location customer service was horrible and horrible cooks.If you want smackers you better off going to the one on highland it is the best one in my opinion.
I ordered via Uber eats, and spent 80 dollars on food. One simple task I put on there was NO ONION on my smacker burger as I'm allergic. It came with raw onion on top, grilled onions on top, middle and bottom of the burger. The fruit punch that came with it was maybe half way filled. Im not usually one to write reviews but here i am. I had my wife try the burger as I couldn't eat it since it had a half pound of onions on it and she said it was not seasoned and was bland. Ordered me a slice of cheesecake and here strawberry cake and we got caramel cake. I would have been better off buying crappy McDonald's than this.
