Whenever I am in the Southaven area and I have a taste for quick snack, I always have to stop by this place! They have fast and friendly service as well as great smoothies! I believe the manager/owner have OCD or something because this place is always spick and span! Which is a great thing, I love it! A definite 5 stars from me!

Ever since I came to this location I’ve had the best experience better than any other location. I met Mr. Lawrence a couple of weeks after that and you can tell he values his job and working there a very respectable humble gentleman with great customer service. Last night after my gym session I realized he still worked there from how I was greeted at the drive thru. Mr. Karson hands down made a perfect peanut power plus. These two hands are the best, thanks again guys .
Arrived at 8:57pm (posted closing time is 9pm), a vehicle was in the drive thru, yet the speakerbox announced they were already closed. Nobody would answer and most of the lights were out inside already. If this location wants to close at 8:45pm, they should say they close at 8:45, not 9.

Pulled up at 8:30pm not a single person in line but us, a customer was inside their were three of them on the clock we were at the drive ? in . They answered right away a girl she told us be right with us never responded sat for 12 mins pulled back up again she said be right with you never came pulled back and up again the machine came on said they were closed . Their in there closing up cleaning the whole time . Could've just said ma'am we're closing. Instead left there to wait until they closed. Guess never show up after 8pm even tho they close at 9pm on Saturdays. They are good I go all the time sad. Just common courtesy.

Sat in the line for 15 minutes and the person kept saying “I will be with you in a minute”. Finally, I drove around to go to a different place and saw 3 workers all talking to each other, one on the cellphone. Nobody was in line in front of us. Never got a smoothie. Very disappointed in the service.
