Arrived at 8:57pm (posted closing time is 9pm), a vehicle was in the drive thru, yet the speakerbox announced they were already closed. Nobody would answer and most of the lights were out inside already. If this location wants to close at 8:45pm, they should say they close at 8:45, not 9.

Pulled up at 8:30pm not a single person in line but us, a customer was inside their were three of them on the clock we were at the drive ? in . They answered right away a girl she told us be right with us never responded sat for 12 mins pulled back up again she said be right with you never came pulled back and up again the machine came on said they were closed . Their in there closing up cleaning the whole time . Could've just said ma'am we're closing. Instead left there to wait until they closed. Guess never show up after 8pm even tho they close at 9pm on Saturdays. They are good I go all the time sad. Just common courtesy.

Sat in the line for 15 minutes and the person kept saying “I will be with you in a minute”. Finally, I drove around to go to a different place and saw 3 workers all talking to each other, one on the cellphone. Nobody was in line in front of us. Never got a smoothie. Very disappointed in the service.

Nice clean and professional. Smoothies were delicious and they have a special on Fridays $5 32oz smoothies.Update: I tried acai bowl and smoothies. Pineapple and Xtreme. Coupon on the back of Kroger receipt. They also have a great app.
took 30 minutes just to get my SMALL smoothie while others were coming in and out in no time

Slowwwww! Stop here multiple times and feel like the service just gets worse and worse! Had to call the store just to get them to answer on the speaker. We had been waiting at the speaker with no response for 10 minutes. Doesn’t take much to say “sorry I”ll be right with you” Another time had to go inside to an empty store yet they never answered on the speaker. Emailed management before and never got a response so goes to show how much they care!
