The service was horrible. I ordered one drink and I still don’t have it. If I got you got it. Asked the worker how much longer was my order going to be and she wanted me to REORDER. Never go to this sonic it will be 5 years before you get it.

I have resided near this location for 9yrs and I would rather skip convenience and patronize the Airways location for this reason. The staff that was present on 10/18 looked at the corn dog, knew it was burned, and decided to package it and send to the customer in good faith KNOWING that it was burned. Poor decisions lead to poor customer service. This was a wacky pack meal which was half discarded because what 4yo or anyone for that matter, wants to eat a burned corn dog?

Chicken bites old. Corn dog was good. Can't beat unlimited half price slushes with the app downloaded. Nice car hop waitress. Service was fast.

Came here with my daughters for a quick snack. The food was horrible the person on the speaker has terrible customer service skills.. we order the $1 snake treat and was charged full menu price. the lady that bought the food out couldn’t comprehend what I was saying.. I will not be back

My family and I went here this morning and it was a white girl with brown/black hair with a dermal in her face and she was rude to my husband. She didn't even say anything just shoved the food in our face and when we asked for ketchup she walked away and never came back out.

My family and I arrived at Sonic at 10:38 PM. The posted hours stated the location closed at 11 PM. We took a moment to decide what to order and then pressed the red button, but no one ever acknowledged us.

A staff member taking out the trash saw us sitting there but went back inside without saying anything. Through the window, we could see him motioning to his coworkers that there was a car in the stall, yet still no one came over or let us know they were done taking orders.

We waited a few more minutes just to see if we would be acknowledged but nothing. As we drove away, we asked an employee if they had seen us, and the indifference was clear. Not one person made an effort to address us.

We’re from out of town and stopped here by chance, but the lack of basic courtesy and communication from the night crew was extremely disappointing. If you close early, post accurate hours or at least inform customers. The behavior we experienced was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

This Sonic is always on point. I order my food through the app and it’s always ready within 5-10 mins. I always prefer coming to this Sonic. Just be sure to double check for marinara sauce if you’re getting mozzarella sticks!
