Ordered double hamburger no cheese and no mayo. When I got home & opened my food it had double cheese & the fries were cold I am only a five minute drive from the Sonic @ stateline & Millbranch. I wasted $11.50 had to throw the food away & they are not answering the phone & I am not driving back to Sonic also I am handicap & I asked them 3 times no CHEESE & they assured me it had no CHEESE

I ordered 1 Sonic double cheese burger combo, no onion, no pickle and no tomato and it was cold, fries were super salty. Also Sonic cheeseburger no onions and it was also cold and the fries were super salty was well.

This was the worst experience ever ever at this sonic in soat 1189 Main street. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks. And 2 foot long colonies. The meat was totally burnt on the opposite side toward the bone. Black blackbird and we could not eat our meal. We tried to call sonic to inform them that I knew it was not good. The drinks were flat and we at route 44 Dr. Pepper. And we had a slush route 44 both. I have never had this type of experience. They got the telephone off. The hook and it's been off the hook since yesterday this morning and still is offul now. Lyric, Washington online order was the 2 extra lounge cheese cones that was burnt and could not be eaten.And the slush that was on her order.And she is currently at a Doctor's appointment.So I could not give the order number. I had to call corporate on u R's establishment because you got your phone off. The hook and calls are not getting called in to report to management. Something needs to be done about this location very soon.

Terrible decision. I asked for a number 11 No tomatos No mayo. The man repeated that back to me i confirmed. They proceeded to give me the order with the most amount of mayo I have ever seen and the tomato was also present if you were wondering. The sprite in the cherry limeade was either flat or diet or hell maybe both. And I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but that would be lying. This is definitely only a night crew issue. Any other time of day this is a great location.

I’ve tried so many times to give this place a chance and every single time they let me down. This last time was the final straw. Ordered 3 drinks on the app, pulled up about 10 minutes later and checked in. Screen said someone was on their way…FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER (and after having to call in on the intercom twice) they finally brought our order out. A melted blast and two drinks with no ice. I’ll just take the extra time to drive to the other one from now on.

Fraudulent charges on my debit card after visiting the Sonic Drive-In on Stateline Rd, Southaven, MS.‼️ I’ve tried calling all morning to alert the manager and the phone is busy.

Whatever you do never eat there it is dangerous to your health. I took a look at the kitchen and food was thrown everywhere grease splatters roach on the floor from what I heard say about an employee. And then I asked the employee on her way out with my sonic blast to put it in a bag she said I was yelling at her and that nobody told her on the microphone to put it in a bag and went back in and had somebody else a white girl bring it out who got smart with me so I was yelling at her and I was trying to save her a few steps because all the noise in the background I figured she couldn't hear me. Where are they getting these stupid people from off the street or are they ex-convicts in criminals. Place just nasty screens all dirty what you place your order .The ? mad or to take her on the mic out of poor attitude kept asking me what do you say what did you say what did you say. Most of the screens are broke so you got to keep pulling out of a bay going to another stream looking for one that's working. It's just disgusting Don't waste your time it took them forever to bring out a cold order of cold food cold onion rings cold sandwich. I returned it for a refund I never go there again I assure you.
