I ordered here at the Sonic on Airways in Southaven. I had the smasher meal. I got to the end of my burger and there was a long string of white hair on the burger. I called and talked the manager, Jason, and notified him of this. I didn't want them to redo the order because I'll never eat there again. I just want them to make sure they're wearing hair nets because that's disgusting

I ordered a Reeces Blast. It barely had any Reeces in it. I asked them could I PAY for extra Reeces. They came and got my cup and told me they’d add it in. They brought the old cup back out to me and told me they’d make me a new one. Then, they came back a 3rd time and told me that they couldn’t do it because I needed to pay for it. I said SURE!! Then, they said I’d need to pay for an entire new cup. I said no, just a small cup of Reeces. They said they couldn’t charge me for that. I said, if someone asks for extra toppings, just charge me for 1-2 extra toppings of Reeces, it’s simple. They said they couldn’t do it. By this time, my icecream had melted anyway. A lot of young people with no customer service, no guidance of management, and their Reeces Blasts have significantly less Reeces than any other Sonics…

Ordered a milkshake and sonic blast as a mobile order, waited for an hour, and still did not receive my order, call the 1-800 number for my refund. NO WORRIES YOU SUCK!!!

We ate under the pavilion with our kid at the tables was a nice experience. Turned it into a little picnic. Employees were friendly. Talked to our 3-year-old food was decent

Our food was terrible when we got home with our food we ordered 2 onion rings that was burnt we ordered large . So that was about $10 called manager he said bring them back . We live near Tullahoma we would have to spend 30 minutes round trip an gas to bring back I’m going pissed

This sonic is the worst one in this whole area. They always get our order wrong or forget stuff and then are super rude and untimely with fixing their mistakes. I understand getting something wrong every once in a while and everybody has bad days some time but this is like consistent behavior for the last 6 months. I suggest going to a different sonic!

Just left there 25 minutes ago...Ordered Double smash burger meal...I don't know what that was but it wasn't what I Ordered...I recieved a dry burger with just cheese!!! I would had rather them say they are not taking any more orders for the night...Then for me to pay what I paid and tipped for what I received!!!!

Man, I just can not rave about this place enough. Love their $1.99 menu. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, yet again. I order them for lunch, sometimes dinner. For me and the kids. They are always packed with everything. You can see and taste the bacon and chicken. With pluty of ranch and cheese as well. Man I hope they never change how they make them.
I enjoy the buy one get one free foot long Chili Coney Dogs on Thursday. But have to take a break from them. I was about to turn into a hot dog. LoL
Eat here all the time. Their $1.99 menu is great. Plus the buy one get one free. Foot Long Chili Cheese Coney are awesome.

I do not understand how every time I come here.Ya'll continuously mess up my food. Even the simple things like a drink with light ice.Are you being petty or vindictive?Cause I asked for light ice.So you put extra and fill it until you just can't cram anymore ice in the cup
