My favorite childhood fastfood restaurant ? still brings back memories. We used to gather there every fall Friday night after home football games. Win or lose.
Ordered ahead on the app, and when the carhop brought my order out he repeated the order back to me, and it was correct. However, I got all the way home and there was an item missing from my order. I then tried to call them and let them know and the phone number keeps saying "this mailbox is full". So now, not only is my order incomplete, I can't even speak with someone to rectify the situation. Driving back isn't an option.

My husband had never been to a sonic and we were looking for a quick bite. I'd say it's your typical sonic, but he was unimpressed with the food and experience.

This is my favorite Sonic - they are always super friendly and helpful - big recommend!
No pic due to the food was missing. Stopped by here on my way into Memphis to get my kids dinner after a long drive from out of town. Get home after a 13 hour drive to relax only to find that all the food isn’t there to feed the kids. We were missing a the main part of the combo which was the chili cheese dog. We got mozzarella sticks and no marinara sauce. Had to leave back out the house at 9pm at night risking my life and my kids to go back out into the streets to get something that I already thought I got… dinner. Called the store and spoke to a guy Justin I think who spent way more time trying to verify the order instead of assisting me with it. Then responded with … I can get you another chili cheese dog when you come back…. The audacity and confidence to think I would ever stop by there again smh this is why people door dash so they can securely get a refund on such poor customer service.
