It’s review time. Went to this location and got a double Sonic Queso Smasher combo. The fries were stale. I asked for fresh fries and guess what they did? They took the same fries and dropped them back in the grease and brought it back out to me as if I wouldn’t know. To the owner of this franchise, retrain your managers and the workers may be better. Or, close the doors! But you can’t keep stealing from the people like that. The same way you’re trying to budget, your customers are trying to budget as well.

I was harassed by manager and car hop due to they do not like my grown son. All I did was push red order button, place my order and got harassed and they called the cops. I have been banned from there. They need to grow up and move on. Today causes me to wonder how many others they do not treat well. I am a very senior Lady that needed food due to diabetic episode so I stopped and ordered my food

Terrible service. Food was cold. The carhop tried to shortchange us. She was rude. SONIC has gone down the drain. UPDATE: they are still terrible! ordered the Smasher Burger &it is just regular burgers, not smashed. When I got my burger, they left the top bun off smfh. Please close all Sonics in the area. Talk about horrible.

The food itself was fine but the presentation is always messy. The outside of the cups almost always has drink spillage. This time being whip cream on the outside on the cups making it sticky to hold. However, the thing this time that bothered me the most was that I ordered 4 shakes and wasn’t given a cup holder I was told because “my manager said we don’t give out cup holders unless they’re Route 44s.” I’ve never experienced this before, but I feel as if it’s standard to get a cup holder after buying more than 2 drinks whether they’re minis or Route 44s. I had myself and 3 small children and nowhere to put these cups to safely get them home. Also not sure what I am going to do with spoons instead of straws for shakes. It just seemed really rushed overall.

I ask for my food to be cooked fresh it was still cold and tenders was hard like treat people food as you would want yours this is so sad
Guy that took the order got it wrong and I had to fix it, thanks to the screen. Checked the receipt and everything was right, other than some prices different than what's on the menu, so we got our food and left. One sandwich they didn't bother to take the lettuce and tomato off, tea was unsweet when ordered sweet, charged for cheese but didn't put it on the sandwich, and ordered fries but got tots. It's pretty obvious this crew just really don't care to make money.
