Craving for ice cream ended up getting a slush instead. They got my order wrong. They sent out a cranberry drink, I paid for a cranberry slush. But without haste, the manager quickly corrected it.

Over the last several months my experience at sonic has been horrible. One time I ordered a breakfast burrito and it had mold on it. On another occasion my order was stale and tasted old as if the food had been sitting out for hours and hours. Then today I ordered a milkshake and it had a hole on the bottom of the cup that got everywhere. It doesn’t even stop here. The lady hands me nasty sauce that was busted and when I handed it back to her she drop it. Which left a sauce mark on my car.

Fast, efficient and tasty. Near perfect on a got autumn's night. No 5-star cause of it location to traffic. Especially during peak time pulling in from, and getting into, the east bound lanes can be tricky.Parking: Car hopping drive thru. Pull up to a stall to order and it. Availability of a stall is dependent on the number of customers. However, this particular Sonic has 3 rows, so you should be good to go.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a old fashioned car hopped drive thru. The wheelchair bound can just stay with in their vehicle and enjoy.

Place used to be good but the food quality and service has just dropped dramatically. Thought it might be just a few bad orders but months of chances have proven that wrong. But today's order was just the last straw.Orders are often wrong but not worth it to drive back to get it corrected. When it is right, the burgers/chicken are tiny, chicken tenders are just burnt, food looks like it's fried in 5 year old oil, etc etcOnly good quality is that the people are police there but the food is just pathetic.

Went to get my favorite shake, the real banana one. It came and tasted like vanilla. Paged them to say they sent vanilla, replaced with same thing, the young lady told me they no longer use bananas but flavor instead. Got my money back. Poor, very poor, attention to detail. I placed an order on the app for 4 people so there were several items spread among 3 full bags. I tried to check for everything before leaving but I did miss that I didn't receive 3 items of this order. I paid for them, they were on the tag attached to the bag with a Sonic Dr Pepper sticker, the car hop read it off to me as part of the order, but nope the 3 corn dogs were not there. The food we did get was fine. I can't tell you about how the corn dogs are aside from MISSING. Two words of advice for you Sonic at 3080 Goodman Rd in Southaven: SUCK LESS.
