Pizza bottom was burned Had the whole pizza tasting burnt. Also toppings were horrible. Sausage was very mushy and no flavor. I usually enjoy them. But this time, I was wondering what happened.

Food was dry, little to no toppings and clearly BURNT! Called, spoke with someone who claimed to be the owner. I asked for his name several times. He refused to provide it. He went on to say he made the 3 pizzas and they was not dry nor burnt. I express my unhappiness and he told me he wasn't going to do anything about the order. No remake or exchange and definitely no refund. Pics are attached.

The pizza? Let’s just say it won’t be winning any trophies. Imagine Detroit-style matzah bread that forgot to RSVP to the seasoning party. Edible, sure. Memorable? Only if your memory is really, really generous.
The real showstopper, though, wasn’t the food—it was the guy taking orders. Picture a grown man channeling the energy and voice of a 6-year-old. If that’s intentional, I’m impressed. If not… let’s just say it’s a mystery how he’s made it this far in the service industry.
Then there’s the wait. They took forever to make a pizza that tastes like it was finished five minutes before the recipe was written. Combine that with the parlor’s mothball-meets-grandma’s-closet aroma, and you start wondering if this was actually an escape room challenge instead of a restaurant.
Final verdict: this place is the CEO of “One and Done” dining. You’ll eat here once—for the story, not the slice.

First time and LAST time. I was a dine in customer. Everything started out fine. Seated right away (I was one of three customer sitting down) got my drink right way and ordered. Then I had to wait 45 plus min for my 12” pizza. I was never checked on or asked for a refill of my drink. My main complaint is the lack of topping on the pizza. I ordered pepperoni, ham and mushrooms. Look at the picture, very pepperoni, even less mushrooms and the ham looked to be sprinkled on. When I asked the waitress if it was typical for there to so little toppings. She said yes. Really!!! By the way this was a $20-$22 pizza. So very disappointed. You could tell they didn’t care that I was disappointed with their product.
The owner should be embarrassed that anyone had to $20 plus for this pizza. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I have eaten there twice in the last two weeks and really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was also neat. Will definitely return soon.

Order some nachos my chips were so stale . My daughter’s wings weren’t cooked all the way.👎🏼. For 12 dollars and barely meat won’t be going there no more, also the guy was so rude ,we bring our hard earned money to get treated like that.

1st time trying Southaven Pizza. Ordered the Rainbow pizza & Fried Ravioli. Took approx. 45 mins. To prepare. Loved the ravioli, pizza was missing something to me & was just ok.

Whyte older guy is very rude..I purchased pizza from him all the time and wanted to purchase some lemonade as well..so I ask him could I get a sample to see if I like it..he gave me a sample bit I didn't like it..It was kinda watered down..so I said nevermind..he gone say that I was just thirsty and wanted a drink for free..I was like no it's watered down..he said we'll that's how I make my lemonade you can go back to the hood if you want some more sugar in it..so I told him a piece of my mind.

I was suprised at how good this pizza tasted. I highly recomend this place as a place to keep in your top 5 places to eat. I ordered the large Supreme pizza and not only was it delicious but it did not give me heartburn which adds a pleasant finishing touch to my first time trying this pizza experience. Kudos to the cooks as well. This pizza eatery is on my forever list of places to eat at.

Food was great. Owner is so sweet he noticed we had a flat tire in front of his restaurant and without hesitation came straight over and helped us get back on the road in no time. So blessed to have come across Southaven Pizza. Cannot wait to come back!
