I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats. My order at 6:50 pm while in the Southaven Pizza parking lot. I was advised it would be ready at 7:19 pm. When I went inside to pick up my order, I was advised that the cashier forgot to write down my order and that it would be an additional 15 minutes (7:34 pm). No apology for the inconvenience or anything. When I went back inside the second time at 7:45 pm and was advised that the order still was not ready. I was advised that it would be an additional 10 minutes (7:55 pm) because the orders still was not ready. When I asked the rude cashier, with the pink hair, why it was taking so long she advised that the machine didn't go off. The store was not busy although when customer service called her she made it seem like she was just so busy. Busy cashiers don't have time to walk outside, sit on the patio, twiddle their thimbs on their phone, and smoke their vape. The order was not ready until after 8 pm. The cashier was rude and unprofessional with was poor customer service.

This is a quick dinner spot when you do not feel like cooking. It is a family run restaurant that puts care into what they do. They have a few young employees that they doing a great job training.

The owner is super friendly and is always doing little extra things to make each guest feel like they're the only ones there. The food is PHENOMENAL! My favorites are the rainbow pizza and the toasted ravioli.

I love this Pizza place, but they are getting like all others. They continue to charge you full prices, but they cut short on the food. The brownies were sold for a great price and nice size portion for that price. The price is still the same, but the brownies are half the size. Never again...price gouging, but food reduction..
I first walked in and was greeted, which is a plus!! I ordered a chicken salad, and it was GOOD!!! I looked around, and the place was clean, well-lit, and excellent service hands down!! If you’re in the area, I encourage you to drop by and get a bite to eat because I, indeed will be back again! Shop Local

When you walk in they acknowledge you and make you feel welcomed.. the service was great.. your food is prepared after you order it ( which I enjoyed) if I weren’t just passing through I would have enjoyed just sitting in there and enjoying my food. But best believe I’ve got them saved on my map. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and the good food. Hope to see you again when I come through.
