Was sat at 935am when I came in. Sat there after that 35 minutes and never spoken to again while several servers were coming and going to tables around me but not a word to me. Not a good way to do buisness but its ok though I'll take my money elsewhere. Thanks.✌️✌️

Our service was impeccable, I felt like we stepped back in time and were visiting an old school soda fountain or ice cream shop and the food was INCREDIBLE.

I really want this to be a good place to enjoy food. I’ve been here 3 times. The waitresses and hostess are always great. The place is always clean. But, Whomever is in the kitchen is ruining everything. Today I ordered 2 pancakes, eggs scrambled w/cheese and bacon easy day right. Nope, the eggs were hard, like stuck to the plate, the cheese on top of the eggs was even harder. The bottom pancake looked like someone already cut into it already. The only thing good was the bacon.

Got to the hostess, she asked dine in or to go. We said we needed a table for three for dine in. She says 30 minutes, we’ll text you. 3 people behind us, same thing said to them. Several tables open on the patio but we just thought they were reserved. We waited and saw that group from behind us start walking to the front again (we waited in the car within ear shot of the restaurant) and after they were almost inside we got a message our table was ready. Go inside immediately and she says “do you want to sit at the bar?” We said no. We see the other group of three sitting at a table. She says “oh, well if you don’t want the bar it’ll be about 15 more minutes” to which I bit my tongue and just sat inside. We watched her do this to the next two couples that came in as well. Gave someone’s spot at the bar away saying “I said your name and they answered” which was a lie. All she did was ask two random couples inside if they wanted to sit at the bar and one said yes. The manager walked up and I told her the situation, they put us at a table almost immediately but it was almost 45 minutes after we got there. From here on out, the service was great. All the food was good minus the hashbrowns, they were super bland. We tried a few apps and main dishes and specialty coffees spending nearly $200. Won’t be back because that old witch at the door kept looking at us and whispering to the other older lady at the front. Then when we left she just turned away from us as we walked out. Never an I’m sorry, my mistake, or hope to see you again. Just RBF.

Clean environment, nicer part of town, friendly wait staff and phenomenal food. However you should expect to pay more than normal for a full breakfast. After my coffee, milk, cinnamon roll pancake with steak and eggs I paid over $50 including gratuity. The only odd thing was them automatically adding a 18 percent gratuity to my bill. Aside from that it was great and I suggest you go there at least once to check it out. I might have to go back to make sure I liked it the first time😉

Service was top tier... food was exceptionally good....I had the chicken and staks with the cinnamon roll pancakes.....omg they were heavenly.... chicken seasoned to perfection and fried just the same...cheese grits on point....but that iced salted caramel and toffee latte was so good I was almost in tears fr

Having an automatic 18% gratuity gives zero accountability and motivation to the staff. Go there expecting slow, forgetful, inefficient service.

Great place! I had the pancakes and omelettes—both were really good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They even offered a free drink in the morning, which was a nice odd thing 🙂. Overall, a great spot. Would definitely come back!

Our server, Stephanie, was wonderful. We had no issues with her and found her to be the only redeeming aspect of lunch. Unfortunately, we came for lunch and not Stephanie. After agreeing to a 40 minute wait and waiting that time, we were unexpectedly removed from the list despite being told we would receive a text when our table was ready. We received no text (screenshot in photos). Once seated, we then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for my son's scrambled eggs, my ceasar wrap (which had no dressing and was merely dry chicken, lettuce, and croutons in a tortilla), and philly quesadilla (ehich appeared with no grill marks, dripping in oil). The 45 minute wait for our food without any explanation only appeared longer as we melted in the hot sauna (patio). Thanks to Stephanie, we did have plenty of ice water to sweat out during the wait. The 18% automatic gratuity added to all checks advertised on the hostess stand should be interpreted as a warning sign that your experience is going to be miserable. If you choose to experience the disappointment that is Stacks, stick to pancakes and eggs. The table next to ours had a hashbrown skillet equally oily and soggy, but they enjoyed the pancakes.

The host continued to check up on us and know how to hold a conversation. The service was nice and I enjoyed being outside with the big fans. The food was delicious I wanted to fall asleep 😂
