I always come by before I go to work to get my cold brew coffee and my Spinach Feta Eggs white wrap extra toasted. That's not what happened today. They did not toast my wrap the right way. I asked from the beginning I wanted my wrap Extra toasted so as I got to the window and checked my wrap it was NOT extra toasted. So when I asked nicely to have it extra toasted they said No they could not do that. I was like What??!! And I left a tip too. I called to speak to a manager at 9:20am and a girl by the name of Kim told me that the manager was on break. She took my phone number and Hung up on me very rudely. So I called back at 9:55am spoke to Molly who was so Pleasant and knew who I was and told me that she would have the manager call me back and was on a break. I was like ok, how long is their break for??? But the manager end up calling me back and was Pleasant as well. She told me to come by to get a Spinach feta wrap the way I like it tomorrow. I hope this goes well. They just need to get rid of that assistant manager Kim cause she was rude as hell and the blonde who was at the drive thru wearing Glasses she knows who she is. They need to take a class on good customer service. We'll see how this goes tomorrow.

I have not been inside but have been through the drive through multiple times. The service is always pretty quick, with being part of the bank the line can get a bit long but they do move people through quick. This is my go too Starbucks in southaven, much easier to get in and out of compared to the one off of Goodman Rd.

Im not sure what is going on with this location lately but the drinks are off. Again today I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot and it was so light I don’t think they even did the 3 that it comes with. It tastes like sweet milk with a touch of espresso. All other locations I’ve ordered from is dark and tastes how it should. Very disappointed!

Tried the spicy pineapple ? refresher was indeed spicy. Loved it!?
Stopped by and got a couple of breakfast sandwiches and coffees and it was really good as usual... I will say the sandwiches were pretty small and good but not something I would get again unfortunately.

Overall great experience. We got in and out with zero issues and the staff was more than accommodating to all my requests. It is a little unique that it is in a bank with a glass window separating you and the bank tellers but, it is fun to watch hahaha. Overall a great. I really just like the basic coffee with no thrills at all but I do enjoy.
Vegetarian options: Staff is super informative about all their products.
Parking: Plenty of spots Saturday morning around 6:30am
