I go to this Starbucks all the time before work. The staff here are great, super friendly and happy to be there. I really wish they would give napkins and sleeves for hot drinks without me having to ask every time, though. If someone orders a food item just go ahead and give a napkin or 2. Cause I almost always forget to ask. Not sure if they don't do this because of something from corporate or if they just get in a rush.
Ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and it was my first time ordering it so I wasn’t really sure what it was supposed to look like. I ordered extras that I never received and it tastes disgusting. No caramel whatsoever.

I never leave negative reviews … however, I felt the need to share this complaint as this entire transaction was unsatisfactory. I ordered a tall iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso on my mobile app and arrived in the drive thru line at the same time that the app said the order would be ready. When I let the barista know over the intercom who I was and what I was picking up, she advised my order was still being worked on and to pull around. There were two cars in front of me also waiting on their order. By the time I made it to the window, the barista advised that I must’ve been at the wrong Starbucks because she doesn’t see my order. So I advised her I was at 6830 Getwell Rd which is the location on my mobile order receipt. She asked another employee through her headset to confirm this was the address of their Starbucks (which is odd to me that she wouldn’t know that seeing that she works there). Then she asked me for my receipt and what I ordered. So I showed it to her from my phone and she said that’s odd because there isn’t an order for “my name” there. So then she said she will just make it and then turns around and says oh wait never mind I spelled your name wrong …. And I’m thinking how could you have spelled my name wrong if it came through the mobile order. As she handed me my drink I noticed the cold foam had melted by this point due to not getting my drink to me in a sufficient amount of time. So I asked her for more since I paid extra for it. She tells me they used the last of the cold foam on my drink and I said don’t worry about it then and drove off. As I go to drink it, after one sip, my drink appeared to be halfway gone. They added so much ice to my drink that I felt cheated out of my money and time for even waiting on three sips of a drink. I also felt as if the barista was lying the entire transaction as one min she acknowledges that I ordered from their store when I first arrived to not having ordered from their store by the time I made it to the window. I’m not sure if they have secondary people filling in for the holiday weekend but I believe she needs more training. I truly love Starbucks and order this exact drink every week and know how it should be made. But this time was a terrible experience. Sorry but not sorry. Constructive criticism can go a long way.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area. I live just two minutes from the OB location, but I happily drive out of my way to come here. The employees are incredibly kind, some have even learned my kids names! And my coffee is made perfectly every single time.

I come here pretty regularly. I am tired of trying to hand my card over to pay and immediately being handed the card reader for me to hold to answer a “do I want to tip question”
This is a drive through. I am on my way to work. This is supposed to be fast and easy. It has went so downhill since it has opened.
I feel like everytime I want to spend $15 on a coffee and breakfast item that I am being pressured into leaving a tip. I’m over it. Will not return

i have bought everything Bagel with cream cheese at this location twice and they forgot to put the cheese on me even though I paid for it.
I'm a bit of a regular and they never fail to write a sweet message on my drink and it always makes my day :) the employees that work at this location are a treasure!
When you pull up to a drive through and the barrista already knows your order, you know you're in the right place!

I dont love starbucks food but I LOVE their coffee and the staff here. I come in and work here daily. The staff all call me by name when I come in and are sure to tell me about specials, discounts on cups, and always offer me a sample of the new drinks! I love the integration of Starbucks into the bank. It creates a very different environment to other starbucks and has made it my favorite for remote working. I have made many connections here- business and personal relationships that I believe will stand the test of time. I also opened a bank account at the bank for convenience and my experience with them has been wonderful as well!

How does Starbucks only have two sandwiches on a Friday at 11:30 am? Everything I go there the menu is so limited because they are out of everything? Bad management in my opinion. Maybe order ahead! And one of the sandwiches is a breakfast meal. Lol! The even out of small bags. It's helpful to do inventory and order accordingly. Just a suggestion

It's the smallest thing that brightens up my day. Starbucks never fails. Each and everyone is always kind and sweet. I love this location at Getwell in Southaven. It's my favorite place to go, especially after a long day at work or before work. They know how to get my day started

So before I could even sit down to place an order, after I opened my laptop this lady decides to tell me I have to make a purchase or I can not stay in the store. Let’s keep in mind when I work here, I am purchasing drinks and food about 3 times a day. She then insists on asking what’s my name so she can make sure I actually place an order. Only difference between me and the other customers is that I am darker than they are. But no worries, I will NEVER come again.
