I sat in the drive through for more than 10 minutes and no one responded so I parked and went inside. Ordered 3 taco supremes, no sour cream on any of them. Serving area was out of everything and place was so dirty. Adding photos I took of the windows that were horrible and the stools with dried food on them, floors sticky and tables not wiped down. Never going there again.

This location was very friendly, quick, and clean!! Only left one star off because you do have to use the kiosk to place your order. Not hard to navigate through but just a little time-consuming when you have to use one. Otherwise a great location. The food and service were great too!

Fantastic customer service. I came while they were very busy and looked like they were short staffed. They still managed to get my other to me in a timely fashion and even apologized for not being faster then they are at the time.
I will definitely be back and I'm adding this Taco Bell to my list of favorites.

I ordered the number nine. Service was great, asked did i want extra anything i agreed, was charged as such. I barely got any shreds of cheese or lettuce. No sour cream, the insides of the two tacos was no where near what i get on one at other TBs.I thought i would get lucky with the extra cheese mexican pizza, alas no fork! I work in retail and food service. Its not that difficult to do it right. I give reviews on great and bad. This was my first visit to this Bell. I would be hard pressed to go again thru the drive thru.

The service was good and the food was delicious and I was glad to see much improvement in service and food flavor and food presentation since my last 2 previous visits to this Taco Bell location in Southaven, MS on Goodman road at Malone road. Kudos to the night time cooks and crew. Keep up the good work

Went inside to order and the employees were standing around talking. Never greeted us or came to take our order. We stood there for five mintues while they talked to themselves. I don't expect much from fast food places; just want them to do their jobs.
