Had to order from kiosk instead of at the counter, sprite was soda water. Food was on the counter when I came from the restroom I tried to get someone's attention to make sure it was my food, guess the couldn't hear me!

Hernando taco bell I get fresh and hot everytime I been going to others not so good the one on state line needs to be closed it is terrible the one on church road I got sick from there the one on Goodman road Hornlake need to get better too

It's a typical taco bell on the inside, and they've gone full kiosk ordering at this location. The only thing said to me the entire time in the restaurant was my name when they called out my order. On my most recent visit, the food was sub par to what it usually is, and what I get at other locations. I asked myself if there was a shortage of lettuce going around because my tacos only had like 2 shreds of lettuce on them. This is close to home for me, and it's convenient; nonetheless, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at this location.

i usually come in at 12-1:30 am and let me tell you that crew gets me right no matter who’s in there, they treat me with 100% hospitality. (and my food comes out pretty quick) it’s also always correct, never any issues! just needed to put this out here bc i’ve been coming to this taco bell for years and the night crew especially this one guy, i wish i remembered his name, always make sure im good. was trying to gatekeep ngl but they deserve the respect

My crunch wrap was burned on the outside and my soft tacos barely had any meat and cheese.

Crazy that the downtown Memphis taco bell was better :/ half our tacos was missing and they put chicken in all the steak ones. Husband ordered extra steak and his burrito had light chicken, they must be strained on inventory. I've never experienced this kind of service from taco bell before.

This location has a habit of closing early, even though the listed hours say otherwise. On prom night, we tried to stop by for food, only to find the doors locked well before closing time. We weren’t the only ones other customers were pulling up just as confused. It's disappointing and unprofessional, especially on a night when a lot of teens are out celebrating. We had to drive to another Taco Bell to actually get service. The employees here clearly don’t want to work their full shift, and it shows. Missed out on a potential to make really good money on prom night due to laziness.
