We stopped there for breakfast at 10:20 Friday morning and the doors were locked. Sign at door clearly stated breakfast Friday-Sunday 7:00 - 11:00. Are they open or not? We went to Staks instead.

This is the first time I come to this place accompanied by my husband and my children, we thought about coming because of the distance it takes us to get there and finally we took the risk... and unfortunately we received terrible service from the waiter. Our food took 39 minutes to arrive!!!… the waiter only took our order and did not appear again to check our drinks, he was only passing by and serving other tables, for a moment I thought that he would not have placed our order and when I was about to look for him to ask, our food arrived and he left... but he didn't refill our drinks, much less ask... as soon as we finished, he showed up to offer the desserts, we placed the order and it was another 20 minutes of waiting!!!... when he arrived With the dessert, he waited for us to make space on the table to put the dessert and he left without removing a single plate or cutlery, which was evidently already too many for a table of 2 adults and 3 children… we asked for boxes to take away and he didn't. I brought them, I asked Jaime, I don't know his last name, he was the only one who very kindly asked us if we needed anything... until then the waiter appeared with the plastic boxes oh and the bill, to realize that the tip has already been added! !!… now we understand why the waiter does not care about providing better service, he already knows that he will also receive a good percentage of tip which does not seem fair to me at all… without a doubt a very bad experience in our first and LAST visit to this place

Be aware that they add 18% tip to the bill for a party of 4. They don't post it. Our server almost got a double tip, as I usually don't look over the bill very closely. But I wanted to check the cost for beer.*** Update ***Went for breakfast it was very good. The food could've been a little warmer, but the flavor was great.

I ordered the shrimp tacos add bacon, they were very good until I got a shrimp that had not been peeled. The salsa that came with the chips was not the best, it was thin and not very tasty. Everything else was delicious, my wife and I really enjoyed our outing and we will return.
No amount of words can describe the extraordinary experience provided by the staff of this marvelous restaurant. My waitress was exceptional, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. I truly felt like a VIP dining at this place. I highly recommend to anyone passing thru Southaven.

We were excited to try this spot for the first time, but were disappointed. The food was lackluster and I had a whole jumbo margarita spilled in my lap, which also got on my friend, and the restaurant did very little to make it right. The wait times between server visits were also extremely long and food took a long time to come out. This restaurant is not worth your time or money.
