First time going I was greeted by a man who said good morning he was very friendly . I got three chicken fingers which are really huge chicken strips and three Wings they are big I love the fries too I really like their food the sauce is good I got honey garlic and is very good. If some of y'all think this place is expensive try going up on Stateline and ordering three little chicken wings for $7.99 that's how I ended up at the Chicken Shack and I'm glad I did

Pleasant surprise. Clean( which is a nice surprise theses days ) , cashier was very polite, food came out quick and supper hot . Wings are much bigger than most of the other places in town and delicious. Huge portion of fires cooked to perfection. I got the hot garlic . Hope more people see this place and keep it around . Will definitely be back to try more things .

Overall, just ok! I wouldn’t return. Upon entering, the ambiance is fun with great music. The cashier was more interested in her phone than assisting. I ordered a #2 (5 fingers, fries & drink). It came out quickly and was perfectly hot. The fries were crisp and delicious. The fingers had been dusted with way too much salt. The BBQ fry sauce was good but cashier didn’t know how to add it so had to tell them what I wanted. Way too little sauce for 5 fingers and it’s 69 extra for another sauce. Also, no unsweet tea option only sweet.
The price on the digital menu board was $11.99 but rang up $12.99.
Overall, just not impressed!

Under all that seasoning was some bad meat. The chicken is not fresh. And they were high for a six piece and fries with a small soda.
Food was good and decent prices are pretty good too. Wings are super big and not small skinny wings like other places. Only thing i didn’t like about this is they charge you extra for ranch which is crazy. Ranch should come with the wings. I have never been to a wing store where ranch doesn’t come with wings.

We loved there original buffalo chicken fries, and the honey barbecue fries. The wait was like 2 minutes. Love this place would recommend if you want to hang out someplace or even get food and get out. Love it!!! ❤️❤️

The whole building was so hot. I got garlic parmesan wings. Got charged for only 1 ranch. The wings weren't that good. The only thing I enjoyed was the fries, but they aren't life changing. It's so expensive as well.
