HOTWORX - Southaven, MS - Silo Square

Joined when they first opened. The place is always clean. The owners remember my husband and I and are always friendly. Saunas are never broken and I've never had to share with other members. The location is good and I feel safe going there. Police ride through the area sometimes.

Great fitness center. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love how the infrared energy improves my sleep and overall well-being.

I absolutely love this place. I have belonged to many gyms and fitness centers over the years. I have worked out at home off and on for years and rode an exercise bike, a stair stepper, and used a cross country ski and HOTWORX is by far the best work out I have ever had. I get a great workout and don’t have to take a lot of time doing it. I love the infrared heat because of all of the health benefits it provides. I work out less time and burn more calories than in a conventional gym.
