I wish I could give this place 0/5 stars. Our server was great! She was prompt and knowledgeable. However when faced with our food being made improperly the manager BRITNEY was rude and very condescending. She never came back to our table after giving the most stank attitude. They have all these signs posted about not being able to send the food back or have anything taken off because they know it’s TRASH!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE.

I’m went for my cousins birthday. I ordered a loaded baked potato with no bacon( don’t eat pork) . The potato was brought with bacon. The server Bailey was very accommodating and took it back only to inform me that they had no more baked potatoes. Later the manager Brittany brought me a baked potato stating that she found another one in the back only for me to discover that it was the same baked potato that she had added more cheese to and tried to disguise as a new one. When I informed Brittany that it was the same baked potato that had bacon she offered no apology and was extremely rude. She has no business being a manager of any establishment. I asked for corporate only to be informed by Brittany that they had no corporate number. I asked her for the owners number and she never brought it back. For the amount of money that they charge you would expect better service from the manager. I also observed another customer telling the manager Brittany that he had a bug in his drink only to be met with more rudeness. She is a terrible manager. I will never return to this place and will make sure I tell anyone that ask that this place is horrible. The four stars is for the server Bailey only.

We sat at the bar tonight with Amanda! She’s the absolute best. Such good conversation and laughs and amazing food! We had the Boujee Chicken & the Bourbon Grilled Salmon! Soooo good! Absolutely delicious! The key lime pie was incredible too. We had a few of the signature drinks also! Very yummy! We will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem in Southaven! We had a great time chatting with the other bar guests also. Great company and even better food and service! Cannot wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????

The food was subpar and extremely overpriced. They tack on an auto 20% and if you use your card, there is another fee. The drinks were good.

Idk how they have as many stars as they do to be honest. RIDICULOUS prices for subpar food and then they don't even give you an option for what you want to tip based on the service... which isn't great. Not to mention, don't let the nice photos fool you - they have mayo packets and paper napkins. Not high class. Not anywhere near worth the price.

Came here for my birthday on a Friday night. We got here I'd say about 530 pm and there was no wait at all for a table, we had no reservations. There was hardly anyone else there this early on a Friday. Had a marching band competition and a wrestling show on a couple of TVs. It was nice and quiet, the sound wasn't up on the TVs so you could have a nice conversation with your table. We did need a little bit of time (and a few "need another minute?"s) from the waitress and her trainer (training was happening) and after a couple I think they decided to give us more than a minute. Menu is a little small - but not in a bad way more in a we make a handful of things and we do them well. Started with a couple of pretzel appetizers, they were lighter and fluffier than your usual pretzel. Very good!!!One kid had a cheeseburger (yup it was Oliver - good guess!!). Other kid and I had salmon and wife had bougie chicken.

Beware of Taco Tuesday. They upcharged 5.00 BEEF for item listed as "beef taco salad 12.00" they should just said 17.00. Also 5.00 margaritas have no alcohol. Very expensive; food not worth the price you pay. I had a nice cocktail from regular menu 13.00 taco salad 12.00 margaritas 5.00 charge for beef plus 20% and tax bill total was 48.34They make it a point to tell you about gratuity and fees for cc but not upcharge for beef...find that odd.but suggest you include on your menu

The outside dining was very nice with firepit tables. It would be a great place to dine when there's an event happening at the near by amphitheater.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I feel responsible to share my experience. The food was awful; I was served a side dish that had gone rancid, the burger wasn’t cooked to specifications and nothing tasted “good” by any standard. (While I don’t fault the restaurant, I was glad to have eaten out on the patio because the cigar bar’s smoke tainted the whole building.) The service was mediocre and the timing of the courses was off. The cherry on the disappointment sundae was a required 20% gratuity and a $1.50 card fee automatically added to the tab. The menu prices were too high to have such low standards of quality and service.

We were seated early for our reservation was by far the best thing about this place. Food was good but over priced for what u got. They forgot everyone at the tables salad and stated it’s “complimentary” and they were unable to substitute or take off anything for it. Waiter made it very clear that there is gratuity before even serving us. We weren’t done eating dessert and she waited at our table to pay. This is also the darkest place I have ever eaten at and we were seated inside. Manager could care less about anything or coming to our table to apologize for the waitress forgetting our food.

We had our rehearsal dinner there tonight and everything was excellent. The staff was very attentive, the food was great, and they also asked if we would like any music to be played and it turned out to be a very nice evening. If you're looking for a rehearsal dinner venue they will not disappoint!

Great service, but drinks are way overpriced. $24 for a double vodka club doesn’t add up. Is this Vegas?

The setting alone convinced me to visit this place, and so I was really excited to do so. However, the service was really slow and not the finest. I'm unsure of the reason why the service was slow because the restaurant wasn't at all busy. Although the dish was beautifully presented, the price was not appropriate, especially given how bad the taste was. I’ve had better food elsewhere with better service and cheaper prices. Additionally, the menu did not include any of the specified condiments and other items. More than twice, I had to ask for stuff, like more water. I will not be returning. However, their dinner might be better, but bruhch is not it.
