I love their Turkey Burger. In my opinion Top’s is on top when it comes to Turkey Burgers. The people are friendly.

This location needs better workers and by workers, I mean managers because the young lady named Angel or Amber said she was a manager and then she took my order and once I pulled up to the speaker she said welcome to Topps BBQ can I take your order. I said can you give me a minute please and she didn't say anything so within a few seconds she said excuse me are you going to order I said yes and I asked you could you give me a minute. And then she said oh you got an attitude problem!!! I didn't say anything else at the speaker instead I gave her my order and proceeded to the drive-thru window to pay. Once I got to the window I asked to speak to the manager and I asked who had taken my order and the young lady taking my money at the window said the manager's name was Angel and she's the one that took my order and she's the one that said that I had a attitude problem at the speaker. This young lady should not be a manager and she should not be talking to customers like she did at the speaker and once I spoke to her at the window while I was paying she went to cussing me out so what kind of store is this that hires people to cuss out their paying customers? I feel like she should be fired or at least be sent home for the day for her behavior towards me. Because if she acted like that towards me just imagine how many more customers she's doing that to.

I really enjoy going to eat here. Every time I go, everyone is very nice and courteous.My food is brought to me orderly manner. The cashier named Brynnan has started to know my order before I even order it.I really like that and appreciate it. I really like eating tops.I go to this one has become one of my favorite ones to go to I even bring my kids and stop here and eat occasionally. I think anybody in the memphis or area should eat tops at least once in their life.

I don't normally eat Tops but my auntie wanted a Bar-B-Que so we stopped at the location on Stateline. CBaby and Mario were funny and provided great customer service. The food was fresh & good as hell!! Thanks for laugh guys & we will be back.

The service I endured tonight was very upsetting and disappointing. The cashier who handed my LARGE coke barely gave me my soda out the window. I seen she was expecting so I reached a little further to grab my soda and the soda top was half way on and the entire soda spilled all down the side of my car inside of my car and on all of my clothes! She didn’t offer an apology or anything I asked you did see that lid wasn’t on the soda and it spilled everywhere. She just stared at me and said I will get you another one and closed the window. She opened the window and handed me the soda I had to ask can you give me some napkins to at least try to dry myself off! She just stared at me and finally gave me a few napkins closed the window and turned her back on me while waiting for my order. I wanted to get a refund but didn’t feel like the hassle because I was beyond upset! I called the store and talked the manager {Summer} she was apologetic about what happened and I appreciate that she gave an apology. I wouldn’t have been upset if the girl would’ve at least offered an apology! My entire inside of my car is now sticky everywhere on the driver side!

Moving here from the west coast hasn’t been the easiest customer service has been extremely frustrating at most places but want to shoutout TAY at this Stateline location she was so nice and made us feel like family she is like a breath of fresh air!!! Beautiful person with great service!!!
