Tops Bar-B-Q Stateline

The cheeseburger is better than the bbq (blasphemy, I know). Chopped pork is decent, brisket and ribs tend to be on the dry side normally. We enjoy our meal every time though!

The manager Jason McCord calling and threatening my Ole lady that's not cool. Someone needs to do something about him. I have text to prove it. I want something done about it. I would like to talk to someone about his behavior out side of work. It that's who you want to represent your company that's a shame. I will never eat there because of him. I will do my best to make sure my friend and family don't eat their either. Is actions out side of work. Telling my Ole lady that she need to stop running around with me. Im a grown adult. Two people are allow to date. He was upset that the mother of their was dating someone new. Calling me a boy toy. He has charges for assault. He needs help if he thinks is okay to hit women then claim to love them. He is a sick person hiding behind a smile. Truly disgusting human beings. He claim to be man no man hits a woman. He telling her all kinds of crazy stuff. Blowing it all out of proportion because he found out she was seeing someone. The kid had an accident this weekend. He is acting like we beat her. That's not the case at all. Then threatened to call cps, telling her what she can and can not do to with the child. That disgusting. So I had a few to say to him. His behavior out side of work is not a good look for company.

The pull pork was a little salty, and the banana pudding wasn't enough for me to tell if it was good or not. I might try something else, but I'm not sure yet.

Drive through cashier wasn't pleasant at all. Waited in line for 45minutes for my food.

Great place to take the family and friends the food was great

Always very good service is always very good food is usually a 100%. I had an off day my last visit. I ordered barbecue ribs and they came out tons of fat on them. That's the first time I've ever gotten them that way, they're usually pretty awesome. Amazing.

Pork shoulder sandwich was awful. Lady was nice tho at the counter.

Allie and Jasmine gave me and my family excellent service! The sloppy chicken sandwich was delicious, and I heard from my family the brisket fries with jalapeño were the bomb! Definitely the best Tops I've ever been to, will come again!

So for the 3rd time going through the drive thru, my order was wrong. It's so disappointing getting home and realizing your order is wrong, again. I absolutely love Tops, but I will never again go to that location. It's ok to mess up here and there but 3 times in a row. Smh.

Went and met Tay. She made sure my food was right. Before speaking with her I let her know this was my last time coming to TOPS, but her service and attention to detail made me change my mind. As long as she is there, I will support the business in Southaven MS. on Stateline Road. Thanks Tay for making sure I was taken care of. Looking forward to more business with TOPS BBQ!

They got my order wrong at the drive thru. This was the first time; however, after turning around and coming back, it seemed to take forever for the two sandwiches to be made. After I left, I took a bite of the pork sandwich. It was dry with very little slaw or sauce. The meat was hard and wirelike. It was not good. Since the ownership changed, I have had multiple bad food experiences. The brisket was actually good and juicy. I hate to see Tops leave, but I can see over time that people will stop patronizing Tops.

My bbq sandwich was great! The hamburger was a letdown. There was only a small amount of brisket added to take the place of a 2nd patty. So the taste was left "wanting", since the veggies overwhelmed the meat. Only half of it was eaten. I enjoyed the BBQ sauce more than anything ?!!

This is the second time I ordered a brisket sandwich and received pork ... I don't eat pork (pig) as it is filthy animal and they charged me for brisket which is more. Tops has bad customer service, last time it happened a HR representative promised me a coupon but I never received it.
