The place isn't much of a vibe from the product is good. You don't have that overwhelmingly heavy ceiling usually have after eating too much ice cream. I had to go with something made a peanut butter and chocolate. This place would definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. It was light and delicious!

First timer. The reviews led me to believe that I was in for a treat, but it felt more like a trick. I paid $5 for a mound of ice in the shape of a cup, on a plate with syrup, whipped cream, and other garnishing. None of the flavors mixed, and each bite felt empty... like eating snow which is what they advertise. Its a cute concept but its not worth the price. Maybe some condensed milk or some kind of sweet cream would give it more substance. I thought about what was missing all the way to the last bite. There was this lady staring at my friend and I inside the restaurant, and it was a little uncomfortable but that's not the restaurants fault. We just didn't feel too comfortable.

Finally made it here last weekend and I am sorry to have waited so long! Definitely going back soon and often! Make sure you make Vampire Penguin one of your stops in Silo Square.

The place is great, customer service is great and the treats are amazing. Definitely will make this a regular place for the family. We had cookie monster, jolly rancher, strawberry cheesecake.

Perfect! Impossible to not smile while crunching through these treats. I'm not a selfish person but I bought 2 flavors for myself today. The Mexican Candy was excellent and tasted exactly as the description said but didn't quite satisfy my sweet tooth so I also had a smaller size Electric Watermelon which was an explosion of sweet and sour and texture that was simultaneously creamy and slushy. The service was excellent and the lobby has an excellent focal price.

This has been a favorite of ours since it first opened but more times than not the snow isn’t consistent, the same one will be completely different the best visit & missing items. Also playing totally unedited music during our visit today, we immediately had to move outside with our young daughter so she wouldn’t hear the “f word” over & over.

I ordered a strawberry daiquiri but I didnt receive any strawberries also employees was busy talking to another customer to that they wasn't paying attention to the register and I didn't receive a receipt for my order I love this place and will continue to come back it's just the employees need to pay more attention

Love this place and the desserts! Went here to pick up dessert for my family. Very nice staff and shop is very clean and tidy. The desserts are to die for!!!! We tried several of the snow desserts and a banana/Nutella crepe. All were delicious and will go back again!
