Wendy's used to be the best, but now it's just subpar. The fries were good, but the burgers tasted bland. The staff is friendly, but the customer service needs improvement. One customer received pepper instead of salt for their fries and felt reprimanded when asking for salt. Another felt disturbed by the employees' lack of professionalism, including being on a cell phone while taking orders. Despite the convenient location, the overall experience left customers wanting more. With some re-training and attention to detail, Wendy's could regain its former reputation as a reliable fast-food option.
