They served me cold, old food. My chicken tenders were burnt and inedible. The two biggie bags had cold, old buns that were falling apart, and the fries were ice-cold. Everything was horrible.

The woman taking orders was aggressively rude. Angry. There was zero ketchup in either pump. If I had seen the cook's hair before I ordered I would have walked out. It was gross and looks like a huge bird nest on his head. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in over 20 years because of these same type of problems, and they haven't changed at all. The CEO and board members need to be fired. Try harder, Wendy's, or at least a little bit. Unacceptable.

Leave work to purchase lunch for my staff. THIS IS A FRANCHISE AND EVERYTHING SHOULD BE THE SAME, per franchise contract. I don't know if owner/reginal manager is NOT popping in but it seems to be systemic @ 4390 Elvis Presley Memphis, TN & 880 Stateline Rd Southhaven, MS (10 minutes from each other) NOOOO lunch until 11am when is says online 10:30am. In addition, once you WAIT, they are pre-cooking food, it is COLD and old and not fresh at all. In this economy when you make a choice to go eat, then have to wait, then Not fresh is CRAZY!!

This wendy's on Stateline is the best around so far. The one on interstate and Goodman, and the one on Goodman and horn lake are horrible. That includes the staff and food. The employees be put of dress code and they give you food with no pride. You'll get old biscuits or no meat on your sandwich at those two places. I don't live near the one in southaven but don't mind travel to this one. I think the others need a better group of staff that value customers like Stateline does.I even experienced a worker at interstate wearing a crop top at work that's ridiculous and other ci workers laughing and playing around. I refuse to go to this place. Kudos to Stateline keep up the good work
didn't have chocolate frosty and when i got to the checkout, they gave my husband his food in the bag but not my food. shoulda checked before we drove off but at the same time we shouldn't have to.

This place really was typical Wendy’s! Right down to the oh so very droll cashier who couldn’t even get up a smile. The chicken nuggets were hot and that means they were hitting. For a middle of the night right before they close stop I will give them 8.5/10
