NO ONE WORE HAIRNETS WHICH IS REQUIRED FOOD NOT HOT COULD NOT DRINK TEA. DOOR BROKE SO WAS TOLD TO GO AROUND NEXT CUSTOMER WAS LET IN. THIS WENDYS NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT

On 12/1/2025, I visited Wendy’s and experienced very poor service. The staff was rude, did not give me all of my change, and pretended to scan my app without actually doing so. My food was not hot, and I was missing the sauces I requested. The entire experience was very unprofessional

I have been going to this location for the last almost 2 months about once a week and my drink has progressively been smaller every time I go. When I ordered today I was shown cup sizes that do not match the menu or website and I’m pretty sure I was given a small when I ordered a medium! Will not be returning to this location! Buyer beware check your cups especially for the price they charge!

This place needs to close if they are going to continue with this horrible service. I placed my order and nobody decided to actual fix my order . I sat here 10 minutes before I went up and asked and nobody knew anything about my order. When I got the order it was cold and my burger bincluded everything i said to REMOVE!!! Lack of concern, Lack of efficiency, Lack of Order. I will NOT BE BACK!
