Rude cashier. Food was $19 for a chicken sandwich and cold fries. That chicken and fries sat since this afternoon and it’s 5:11pm. Why are you still serving hard nasty chicken? The attitudes of your cashiers. Wendy’s has gone downhill. It’s hard to find a job I heard but u keep hiring people with bad attitudes. Try customer service

Ordered Taco salad, Dave's single no tomatoes no ketchup, large chili, large fry, 2 large drinks. Spent over 30 dollars. Get home in olivebranch, no chips for salad, no chili on salad, no salsa for salad, no sour cream for salad. Ceasars and ranch dressing given for salad. Next time I will hold up your line to verify my order. I worked in service normally don't complain but I paid several dollars extra for corn. Really, I don't blame staff as much as I blame management for poor training.

Didn't get order right then didn't name right walk out side and smell like straight weed factory

1. Drive through worker seemed impatient and uninterested in the customer service aspect of her position. 2. We notice a sign letting customers know to check the completed orders for mistakes which should be the job of the employees. The need for a sign speaks volumes of the consistently incompetent staff. 3. I noticed I did not receive my change and asked for my receipt to subtly hint that I had not received the change I was due. 4. I’m handed a receipt with the change amount on it and have to get the workers attention before she closes the window again to let her know she did not give my change back to me. 5. We check the order, drive away, have a laugh about the behavior, and carry on until halfway through the burger, I notice a hair in it.
If there’s a petition to tear that location down, someone please send a link.
