I normally love this place.. that being said, I’m currently still waiting in line. Been here for about 15-20 mins and still haven’t gotten my food, while the 2 cars have already gotten there food behind us, since we had to pull up. Also, management might want to drug test. Smelled like straight marijuana every time they opened the window like they were smoking it inside.

My first time trying Whataburger and most likely my last. I want to first say that the cashier Tevin was great, very well mannered and very passionate about his job. The facility was very clean. My disappointment is about the food. Ordered the chicken tender combo. Waited nearly 15 minutes so I felt sure that I was going to receive hot fresh food. It was the complete opposite. Fries were not only cold but very salty. Texas toast was burned. Chicken tenders were old and tasted like something you buy in the frozen section of a grocery store. Cannot believe with all the bad reviews that management has not cared enough to at least make sure customers get hot, fresh food.

Just had lunch at this location with my children and it was excellent service and food.was fast and there was a you g gentleman that was amazing at his job. He had a great attitude and also helped clear our table for us. Was very impressed with him and the service! Will be back. Everything was also fresh and delicious.

They were very quick to get our order out to us and came around with condiments and napkins at just the right time.
After giving this location about half a dozen tries, heres my observations. 50% chance your food will be overcooked. They practically throw it out the window and then turn their back, so good luck getting the condiments or straw they forgot to give you. Don't bother using the right menu or lane, they're too lazy to leave the window unlike every other Whataburger Ive been to so they'll have you circle the building and get in the back of the line after ignoring you for 5 or 10 minutes. If the lane is an inconvenience, then block it off.
