Me and some friends came here to eat the all you can eat recently. Now mind you we had just came from a 14 hour shift, tired and impatient. But we were all very respectful and patient even though that one waitress with the yellow highlights *hair* was very rude and also she changed our order… my guess in hope we couldn’t eat it all or something. For example one of the marinate steaks. We ordered only 3 and when it’s time it was 8.this wasn’t the only that was changed. Mind you, not only are we too shy to return it cause the tone (mean, grumpy, almost like we are wasting her time) of her voice. She also make comments like “your gonna pay $13 ” after our order didn’t even came correct.We had to force ourselves to eat.she also kept walking off and ignoring us when we tried to get her attention. It got to the point where one my bois suggested “maybe she having a bad day” if so she shouldn't push it on others. We are all mature adults and some of us work all day to making our living. She also didn’t come back to change our grill for a while after we asked for a new one cause it was getting pretty burnt/dark. I tried to read her name tag but it was to low. I recommend putting their name tag higher around their chest. Also maybe introduce themselves.Also we would recommend making the order sheet bigger so their is more space to write the numbers so they don’t miss read anything or making it electronic. But the food was good… would of been better if we didn’t have to force ourselves cause more came than we ordered.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The portion sizes are incredibly inconsistent—cheap items come in large portions, while the better dishes are served in smaller sizes. It felt like they wanted you to fill up on the cheaper food before you could enjoy the more desirable dishes. To make matters worse, they charge an extra $13 for any leftover food, which felt like a total scam. As an avid KKBQ lover, I was disappointed by the lack of guidance from the server. It was my first time there, and she didn’t disclose portion sizes or walk us through the menu, which other KKBQ restaurants always do. I don’t like being wasteful, and I’d understand the extra charge if I genuinely over-ordered, but it felt more like I was tricked into doing so. I won’t be returning.

The food might be great, but the service is absolutely atrocious! That waitress with yellow hair completely ruined our night. When we politely asked why our food was taking so long, she had the audacity to tap her watch and dismissively say, “It’s only been 10 minutes, not too long?!” Excuse me?! Then, when we asked for extra tea cups, she ridiculously claimed that one teapot only comes with one cup—what kind of nonsense is that? And to top it all off, when we requested to change the grill, she warned us like we were children, saying we could only change it twice during an all-you-can-eat dinner. Seriously? Her attitude was downright awful, making what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing night for us girls a complete disaster. Never coming back!

Attempted to schedule reservations a week In advance, but was told the restaurant did not take them. Tried to call in early to be placed on a wait list, and was hung up on. Turned away at restaurant nearly two hour drive because "there are a lot of people in front of you." Cannot recommend restaurant to anyone who wants to plan ahead for a meal.

The reason I gave the place 3 stars because of our waitress or server. He wasn't a very good server at all, he claimed he forgot about me and my guest was seated. My guest had to go find him so we could get our food. Again he claimed he forgot and wasn't thinking clearly and I had to speak with him about his absence and the time we're required to sit here and eat. Which was only 2hrs, so we stayed there over 2hrs waiting on him to finally come. I never experienced that dining out, and this was a first experience for me and my guest. I knew how to prepare our food because I am a caterer, so I know good food and good services. He only focused on 2 tables and Ikyk but all our money spend the same. I will not go back because of him!!! I'll recommend anyone else but make sure the server is more focused and more professional. It's already hard to find great atmosphere restaurant that's clean with a professional staff. Bad business!!!

I paid 75$ all you can eat for 2 and my waiter did not stop by me except to deliver my first round of meat. Didnt even come to grab my check I had to take it up to the front myself. Went to every table except mine. Im from Michigan and I don’t recommend this place to anyone if you want to get your money worth. My waiter name was “Cindee”.
