What a gem of a restaurant here in Bluff City! The owner, Will Smith, is one of the friendliest gentleman one could meet, and the food is absolutely FANTASTIC! If you're looking for your new favorite wing stop, you NEED to come here!

I come here all the time but I must say that on Sunday my order wasn’t up to par. This was very disappointing. My fries were overcooked as well as my wings. My wings were too hard to even enjoy. Please do better.

The lady that took our order and ran the register acted like she didn't want to be there. I wanted Dr. Pepper, I said, "excuse me, the Dr.Pepper is out". Before she turned around, she rolled her eyes so hard and preceeded to say, "you gone have to choose something else then". I was like, "um, okay"!!!! I sat down to eat my food, decided I wanted some ranch. First off, she saw me standing at the register, she walked off very slowly as if she didn't see me, walked from around the register about a couple feet from where I was standing, still didn't acknowledge I needed assistance. She walked back behind the counter, continued not acknowledging me until i said, "excuse me ma'am, I would like to purchase some ranch." Her customer service alone will not ever allow me to enter there again. The food was okay, overall but took about 40 mins. to get it when call in orders were going out left to right.

Too big and chewy could not enjoy one and I got a 30 piece with 4 different flavors! First time they were smaller the way wings supposed to come with out all those steroids, these I should have saved my money!!! Sauces good wings to big and chewy!!!!
