Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I get dinner here all the time and it’s always fresh hot food. I highly recommend this Zaxbys.

I love zaxbys! I ordered fried pickles and the fried pickles were put into the container and they had to have been extremely hot because it melted the container and I could not eat them. I had to throw them away. It also melted through a little bit of the top container of my chicken wings Those I was able to eat. Y’all usually always are five stars tonight was a little bit different.

I ordered online, and they had my food packaged, taped, and ready to go. Yet, though I had 3 different chicken tenders and fries meals and indicated multiple sauces, different sauces, and also ketchup, I did not receive any condiments at all.
So, dry chicken tenders and fries with no sauce or seasoning isn't appetizing. We end up eating at the Landers Center at the Disney Show.

I just left here today...when working here they are very unorganized and unprofessional...being a new employee they don't train you or anything it's basically learn as you go...only managers that were great Is Ms. ROXANNE, DAE DAE, CHARLES AND KRIS..the rest ain't uplifting at all...

Food was okay was not hot at all and the manager was not happy at all because they have gave me the wrong order and she was not happy at all I shop at Zaxbys every week but I think I will be moving on to chicken place sorry for ur lost

Lettuce was not fresh, egg scorched & chicken strips was burned. Not pleased as all. Couple weeks later manager replaced my Grill Cobb Salad. May start back going to Newk's for my salad

I just went through drive through and I have never had someone be so rude , they acted all mad because I told them I haven’t gotten my drink yet! I mean it’s not my fault I don’t have my drink , I don’t work there!!!! I will not be back to that store and I don’t want people to lose their jobs but he they are just flat out RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never leave reviews but I’m fed up after my last experience here. I always put mobile orders in, and pick it up in the drive thru, and the last 3 times I have been here I physically see my order behind them and they tell me to pull to a parking spot, and they will bring it out to me. Cool, that’s fine. But I wait for 15 minutes, and still have not received my order, and I walk inside, and there my order is sitting right there and is ice cold when I received it. This has happened multiple times

I ordered the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was so burnt I had to pick it out just to attempt to eat it.

I placed my order in the drive-thru, which was basically clear. The cashier then asked us to park next to about 4 other cars. About 10 minutes later, our order came out. My nibblerz meal looked like it had been butchered. I walked my order back to the window since the inside was closed. After seeing the response about remaking my food, I asked for a refund. A man came from the back and looked very annoyed that I requested a refund. He left me standing outside the window and disappeared. The cashier returned with my change. No effort was made to make tye problem right.All I can say it....we should have gone to Chick-fil-A!!! Of well. Always go with good customer service!!!

I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill so badly. There's always something they don't have. Most of the time, the workers are unpleasant, and the lobby is not as clean as it used to be back in the day.
