I Came To The Drive Thru And Only Order Egg Rolls. Before Pulling Off I Notice They Was Hard And Old. I Gave Them Back. So I Pulled Off And The They Was Still Old. I Went Inside And Asked To Have Some Cooked Fresh And They Wasn't And They Was Even Cold.

Young lady working the drive thru tonight very rude! I pull up to the window she doesn’t repeat my order takes my car and ask me to backup in the drive thru. I’m confused but backup anyway. She then opens window again and says you didn’t backup like I asked you to now the timer has went up! As if I the customer is concerned about that! The whole exchange was odd & rude. If it wasn’t late I would have called to speak with a manager. The name on my receipt said Brooklyn she needs some training!

Kristain Lester a fellow zaxbys cook is telling me that they do not have fresh chicken and it is very slimy and not fresh he also says they dont switch the sweet tea and will leave it until it is gone.
Zaxbys on Getwell, you all have been doing a damn good job! Food is always fresh and good. I never have to check my food or wish I would have ate somewhere else.

I've been to many Zaxby's over the years they're very consistent the service is very good the food is very fresh and you definitely get what you pay for. I thought a ellevendollar salad was high until I seen it on my damn that is a salad.

I'm not really a big fry eater but I had to try these! The combination was really good! Large portions and the service was good as always and the vibe is the typical Zaxby's vibe!

Service is terrible because the kids that run the the shift have no respect and obviously lack of training or care. Received wrong food twice and they made it seem like it was funny and still the food I have isn't what I asked for. I hope the actual manager or whoever will get control of their "Daycare" soon.

On Thursday, June 29th, I ordered two of the five finger plates, one of the kicking chicken sandwich meal and a funnel cake. Paying over $40 for my order. They asked us to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes I went inside to find out they gave my order to someone else and had to redo my Order and not tell me, but I overheard someone say that. Then the young man said oh we are waiting on your funnel cake which was a lie. After getting my order the Funnel cake was hard and terrible. My food was not good cause it looked like they just throw it together in a hurry. I won’t be eating there anytime soon. Poor service, cold food and drink order was wrong.
