I recently stopped by an ice cream shop in Starkville, and it totally made my day! The ice cream was creamy, rich, and full of flavor — you can tell it’s made with care and quality ingredients. I tried the cookies & cream and strawberry cheesecake scoops, and both were absolutely delicious.

the service is always good. but the custard is not top notch. i’ve been to bops 4 times in the past two weeks. i always order chocolate custard, wether it be a concrete or a sundae, but the last 4 times, it’s been almost completely melted when given to me, and the flavor is very bland. i’ve been in starkville for 5 years and have never had this issue with bops. it’s extremely unfortunate. being handed chocolate milk in a cup is also unfortunate.
