After some long flights and many delays, I ate here right as I got to Starkville. Started with the pretzels and OMG. This is probably the best pub/bar food I've ever eaten. I got the honey chicken sandwich and it was by far best I've ever had. This is a fantastic place that is cheap, insanely delicious, and when I went, easy to get into. Highly recommend if you're visiting MSU and Starkville.

Our meal was delicious. I have celiac disease and always appreciate the GF Ace cider on tap and the GF buns. I love the Jalapeño Popper burger! Their fried pickles are also GF, though there is a cross contamination risk with the frier. Solid choice! Staff was excellent initially, but as the dinner crowd trickled in (we got there at 4:30), our waitress went MIA and my husband’s second drink didn’t come out until we were literally asking for the check a good 30 minutes after he ordered it. Otherwise we were pleased!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns available, gluten free hard cider, and gluten free fried pickles (with cross contamination risk from the deep frier)

Came in with a table of 8 at lunch time. My order was completely forgotten about and never arrived. By the time the guy waiting on us came back to check on us, most of the table was almost done eating. I didn’t receive any discount or anything. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone if this is how they generally handle these situations.

Got a to-go patty melt. Judging from the picture and description on their website, I thought it looked and sounded really good. Got home and literally had some dry white bread with a tiny bland meat patty that was barely even detectable, unmelted/room temp cheese, and a little Mayo. That was it. No carmelized onions. No melty cheese on buttery toasted bread with a meat patty that at least came somewhat NEAR the edge of a standard piece of bread….you know, a typical patty melt! Come on! Paid over $13 for this pathetic excuse for a sandwich. Never again! If I had been dining in and received this, I would have sent it back. The guy that brought my order to me was very nice. Only positive I have.

Came here for lunch, it was quiet and not very busy. We had our food ordered in just a few minutes and it arrived maybe 7-10 minutes later. It was so yummy!! I got the Freshman 15 and my wife got the Lauren, both were delicious and the fondue is amazing! The burgers were both tender and literally dripping with juiciness. 5 stars across the board!

I heard people raved over this place and I was excited to try. But the Lauren was pretty tasteless!! There was sauce on it but the meat was dry and deep fried avocado was not a good addition. Leaving the place full but super dissatisfied.
