The burger was typical fast food quality but the fries have a really odd taste to them? A Kind of papery or old taste.

This particular Aramark operated Burger King does not honor the restaurant chain coupons and or specials.

The food is good the service is only so so

Absolutely terrible! The workers are disrespectful and discriminative. I'm reporting to the University.

Worst customer service!!!!! I hope this location gets shut down because the employees are rude and disrespectful. The cashier rolled her eyes when I told her what I wanted, but i don't quite understand why she would get upset over her duties as a cashier. Please fix this because it makes not only the school, but the company look bad.

Clean place and nice service

Visited 4 lunch and was really disappointed when I requested egg be added to a burger. They acted as if I asked for something unreasonable. Most likely won't return to this particular location.

The cashiers are constantly rude. Employees will be talking to each other instead of working even when they look directly at you. They will not even look me in the eye or talk to me long enough for me to ask a question. Also I have went in multiple times and they were out of burgers or fries. The only reason I eat her is due to how cheap some of their deals are when I'm using a block meal.

Pathetic place. My husband went in with my son and were made fun of by the staff! Absolutely unfriendly and would not recommend anyone! It's shame to run such an outlet by BK. 👎🏽

This location, managed by Aramark, seems to get the short end of the stick out of all the official Mississippi State dining locations. The hours are pretty strange, too. They aren't open during any holidays until the day right before a campus holiday ends. They are only open from 5 PM to 12 AM on Saturdays and Sundays... and they don't follow any of the corporate prices. Many of the workers seem overworked... and the place doesn't serve unsweetened tea, only sweet tea. The floors are often littered with spilled soda due to their lack of staff. Orders usually come out quickly though, and the only issue I've ever really had with their food is that sometimes I will get a rotten batch of fries. BK fries aren't that great to begin with anyways, but still. Nothing against the employees, but MSU Dining needs to stick up for their workers. They are clearly understaffed.

Worst Burger King ever. They're always out of stuff, their prices are different than advertised, they don't accept gift cards, they're very slow, it smells bad, and the floors are sticky. Go somewhere else to eat.
