Sat at the 1st drive through order speaker for 15mins another car pulls to the second stall and their order is instantly taken…. I guess they forgot they had someone on hold so I called out “hello” only to get no assistance. Had to drive around to get help from a person. They asked what my order was and I had to explain how I was put on hold ignored and placed in line behind a customer that came after 10 mins of me being put on hold Order was taken but at the actual food window. Total wait time 35 minutes with only 1 car in front of me that shouldn’t have been and 1 car behind me. wondered if they were understaffed but there was a total of 5 workers in the restaurant.. not the best experience and I wouldn’t be there if my son didn’t enjoy the food. 0-10 would not recommend.

Not fast food. Drive thru order takes 20-30 minutes. Always asked to drive off to the parking lot and then food will get brought out to car. Food does taste good, but the wait time is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.

Terrible food. Terrible service workers.. I will never go to burger king ever again..The only times I went was for my family, but never for myself. I wish they'd go out of business because they have their customers pulling up waiting for food everytime when there are no other cars in line..

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes after being put on hold with about 4 other cars behind me no one at the drive thru window either who ever owns this needs to just pack it up and close it because the workers are running it into the ground

You could ask for a bottle of water and they'll still ask you to pull forward.

Ordered via mobile app. Arrived and still took 23 mins to bring out food. No one in the restaurant and only one other vehicle asked to pull forward in drive through. Do better! The food was fine, service unacceptable.

Service is ridiculously slow in the drive thru. Waited for 15 minutes before i could pull up to order, then a lady told me “hold on.” I continued to wait for 30 or so minutes before i gave up and drove away. There were maybe about 15 cars other than me that waited, gave up, and drove away. If you don’t want to wait close to an hour to even order, you should probably go somewhere else.

It’s was a good experience the food was good hot and fresh the team there was smiling friendly I would go back soon the asked did I won’t a crown the said I rule and that made me smile and brightened my day the manager was nice and asked did I need anything else it’s was just good and made my day
