Ordered via mobile app. Arrived and still took 23 mins to bring out food. No one in the restaurant and only one other vehicle asked to pull forward in drive through. Do better! The food was fine, service unacceptable.

Service is ridiculously slow in the drive thru. Waited for 15 minutes before i could pull up to order, then a lady told me “hold on.” I continued to wait for 30 or so minutes before i gave up and drove away. There were maybe about 15 cars other than me that waited, gave up, and drove away. If you don’t want to wait close to an hour to even order, you should probably go somewhere else.

It's been a while since I've been here because of a past bad experience but whoever is in charge now of bking in starkville is doing a great job. My food was FRESH. The workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the drive thru in no time. Also the outside even looks nicer. Great job burger King
I felt that the customer service was great,as well as the food. I was greeted by a member of the staff upon entering and I didn’t wait long to place my order. I would definitely recommend going back to their establishment in Starkville Ms.
Parking: Parking was very easy and accessible. The parking lot was clean and tidy. Handicapped was very accessible for anyone that needs to utilize it
