It's been a while since I've been here because of a past bad experience but whoever is in charge now of bking in starkville is doing a great job. My food was FRESH. The workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the drive thru in no time. Also the outside even looks nicer. Great job burger King

I felt that the customer service was great,as well as the food. I was greeted by a member of the staff upon entering and I didn’t wait long to place my order. I would definitely recommend going back to their establishment in Starkville Ms.
Parking: Parking was very easy and accessible. The parking lot was clean and tidy. Handicapped was very accessible for anyone that needs to utilize it

Absolutely unbelievably horrible service. I pulled into the drive-through and waited at the Speaker for 15 minutes just for the lady to rudely. Tell me that I have to come inside if I wanted to order then after going inside and waiting another few minutes she finally is able to come over to me and take my order And then I have to waiting another 10 minutes for the order to be ready. She walks up to the ice cream machine because I had ordered a shake. Looks at it for a second and then turns around and tells me it isn’t working and she can give me a drink as a replacement I don’t want to drink as a replacement I want a refund so I asked for a refund and she said that’s not something that she can do so I ask to speak to a manager and she just walked away. This was on February 7 at roughly 4:15 pm and if the store owner has some common sense, they’d do something about it
