I literally never have a problem out of them, and the one time that I am sick my salad is thrown together. They didn’t give me any of the packets that was supposed to come with or my extra dressing and my nuggets came with none of the sauces I requested. I make it all the way home and call up there and all I get is I’m sorry and I can come back. I am pissed. Livid is more like it. And yes, I’m leaving a review over sauce. I don’t care. I am tired and I don’t feel good and I settle for Chick-fil-A and the one time I don’t feel good. My order is messed up.

Chick-fil-A finally let me down. I’ve always known I could get quality food. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen Monday morning. For the first time, we got food not fit to eat. Both our sausage biscuits were not even warm. And tasted like they had been cook and placed on a shelf many hours earlier. We each took two bites and had to throw them away. Chick-fil-A, please don’t go the way of all other fast food joints serving up mediocre food. We will probably return, but won’t soon forget how you wasted our time and money.

I came to this location from out of state and this is the worst food I've ever had in my life. My sandwich was inedible but by the time I noticed I was gone. I can't believe Chick-fil-A would even serve food like this what happened to this place.

I went to this location on 8/21/25 and ordered through the drive through. Of course an attendant came up to my car to take my order but I wasn’t given any time to look at the menu on the back of her tablet. I was rushed so that made for a bad experience. I placed my order and waited in line until I made it to the window to get my food. There was a young lady with very long braid that practically shoved my food to me. Very nasty attitude. I told her I was missing my ice cream and so she gave me a nasty look and turned around and asked an attendant if she could give it to me….mind you I didn’t ask for anything I didn’t pay for. She never asked me to specify what type of ice cream so I assumed maybe she had known. She gave me the ice cream cup but I was missing my toppings. So I told her again that I was missing my toppings and she rudely stated that she didn’t even see ice cream with cookies on my receipt. That made me very uneasy and nervous because in all my years of supporting chick fil lay, I’ve never been treated or talked to in this manner. So I told her that it wasn’t my fault that her colleague forgot to add a description but I did in fact pay for what I was asking for. She stepped away and made it over and then proceeded to shove it in my hand again. I have footage from my badge camera that I would like to share. However, I will never, ever support this location again. The young lady was very rude and as soon as I’m able to speak with the person in charge I will gladly share the footage. Do better chick fil lay because with an employee like this, I’m certain she’s gonna scare all your customers away. She would never work for my business
Being from Oxford, Mississippi, and the home of Ole Miss. I am pretty biased when it comes to going to starkVegas. But I had to go to the Mississippi State veterinarian school and have one of my dogs operated on and they were freaking superb. While I was there, I thought I need some of God‘s chicken make me feel better and it is also was fun because the puppy after surgery loved the ice cream. And guess what their ice cream machine works unlike McDonald’s.

I went there with my grandson in Starkville Mississippi, my grandson attends college there, my grandson told us the man who greeted us at the door was the owner. He was very polite, opening the door for us also checking on us as we sat outside to eat. I highly recommend going there
