Just went to get one 4 count order of chicken minis that I ordered 10 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. I get there 2 minutes after they stop serving breakfast and I get told I cannot be served. When they very well know they still have some in the back. I work in the restaurant industry and this is upsetting. Thought Chick-Fil-A was about putting their customers first but guess not.

I have been waiting for the return of the GRILLED SPICY DELUXE CHICKEN SANDWICH!!, and for what? It finally returned and I went and ordered it on 01-09-2025 but only too get home and realized that I was given a Regular breaded spicy chicken sandwich! Your employees need too do better when filling the orders and making sure that the customers are getting what we ordered! Highly disappointed!
If your looking for an employment option here don’t waste your time the hiring manager will completely procrastinate with you. The fact that I had such a horrible experience with this place I really don’t want someone else to experience what I did. I called numerous times and left messages to be able to get more information to continue with the new hire process but every time I called I was given the run around telling me “oh she’s here but can’t talk” or “oh I’ll just leave a message” always a different story, I would even contact the hiring manager herself but she NEVER returned any calls or text.. and wasted 3 weeks of my time and caused me to reject many opportunities by giving me false hope. I thought chick fil a is big on kindness but I guess that was a lie too, this place management is a complete joke. Besides wasting other people’s time who do have a family to provide for be more respectful of their time because I’m sure u would want the same. Absolutely ridiculous..

One of the workers asked “why did you guys let her stand there for 15 minutes and not help her?” They looked at her said nothing and walked away. The store wasn’t even busy. Also, the professionalism is terrible.. why are workers wearing sunglasses inside of the building at night?? Won’t be going back..
