Found a Cookout while in town for work. I walked in, and waited at the front counter for almost 5 minutes. Finally a young girl, in a blue/red tie dye shirt walks over and just looks at me. No words, no uniform, nothing. I am still waiting on an employee and she says, 'are you going to order?" I place my order and pay. No thank you, no...your order will be ready in a little bit, nothing. She turns and walks away. She definitely needs more training on how to interact with customers and dress accordingly.

This is the absolute pinnacle of the college food experience. Regardless of the background, you will see students of all variety flock to this place in droves. Just simply incredible.
Just left the eatery on Veterans Blvd. Was a surprising event considering the past positive experiences. Placed my order with no problem except they were out of napkins. Employee was outstanding. While eating my meal another customer ordered requested napkins. This employee who waited on him actually offered the paper towel. I went to counter to ask for some. The employee was extremely rude and told all her coworkers I had an attitude. Only difference was 2 out of 3 were trained .

i went to cookout and sat down inside. counter service was good and food was good, but as i was eating i heard a girl yelling “I HATE FAT PEOPLE, FAT PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED AT COOKOUT.” over and over. i wasnt gonna say anything at first, but she said it at least 5 times. and there were multiple people sitting down inside.

When you order a burger… the cashier confirms it twice… the ticket attached to the box is correct… you drive the 40 mins home to find undercooked fries and the completely wrong burger. Cookout style, no onion or mustard, has been interpreted as a cheeseburger with mayo, mustard mayo tomatoes lettuce and pickle… so frustrating!

It’s down right shameful to serve “food” like this. I’ve had bad but this is a joke and seems like it’s being run by kids who don’t know how to run the place. The quesadilla was by far the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had in my life and it tasted just like a wooden pencil and it smelled like peanut butter honestly, flat nasty! I was charged almost $10 for some food. My dog wouldn’t even eat. I would have been better eating uncooked Roman noodles raw. IMO discusting is the politest way to describe the so called food I was served.

The worst Cook out I've ever experienced!! Longest wait ever and the quesadillas had nothing hardly in the middle! Couldn't tell the difference between the cheese and Chicken! Rude service and just WOW! No, no, NO!!!
All the times I have come to this location, it has been amazing. Whether dine in or drive-thru, customer service is always great, and the wait times are pretty decent considering business.
