FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. They gave me a burger that had a cold bun, cold meat, and cold stiff cheese. I just have it back to them & I won’t eat here again. Try at your own risk

The magical Kids

I went there today. Pulled into the drive thru to get me and my kids each a blizzard. 15 minutes later someone comes on the intercomm and says sorry no ice-cream. Why the 15 min wait time? The place wasn't busy and the drive thru was empty. How do you have no ice-cream? Your establishment is famous for it.

Everytime I go to Dairy Queen my food is cold. I stay right across the street from the restaurant.Tonight I went through drive thru and asked did the #5 come with tomato I was told yes so I ordered the #5 got home no tomatoe fries hard and cold . There's not a time I've came here that I was pleased and it's no way my fries should my fries should be cold when I stay in the apartment complex across the street and I drove there this is every single time I go there. I try to support this business being that I'm so close but after tonight I'll never come again.

Service was alright she was super sweet but the only worker there and it took her a minute to realize we were there. We got take out and when I got home the fries were almost stone cold and the gravy was like jello. The ice cream was great but the food was not.

Order a #1 meal with only ketchup, pickles, cheese and bacon. Instead got it with everything on it, I was very unsatisfied with the effort of getting customers orders correct.

I ordered a Oreo blizzard and it essentially was plain ice cream with Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. Not worth the money or the wait time.

Crax Strats

A group of us plus kids decided to get some ice cream and food. After about 30 minutes we got two people’s food. Another 30 minutes they forgot about the rest of our orders. We told them what we were missing. Another 15ish minutes passes and they forgot again. Finally I asked for my money back and they gave 1 person their food. After all was said and done 2 kids didn’t receive their food and another didn’t receive their ice cream. So basically we paid extra money for nothing. Will never be back.

Depends on what time you go & who serve, sometimes blizzard are filled to the top & sometimes they are not. But the blizzards are very tasty

If there was anything lesser than 1 start I would have given this DQ branch!! They took my order around 7:15pm and this is 7:48pm and I haven’t gotten my food yet and there’s no explanation as to why this delay happened!! It’s called a fast food for a reason!!!! I’m very outraged!! I would not recommend this DQ!!! If you’re very hungry or is on a time crunch do not come here because you’re not going home anytime soon they’re so under staffed it’s appalling! And the 2 people who work here don’t even know who ordered what!!! They’re so busy making door dash orders and don’t care about the people standing in line!!! This DQ branch needs help in all ramifications!!!!!

To my knowledge, there were only two employees working. One was at the drive up and the other was working the counter and cooking. Our order was fine-a bit of a wait but when we saw how many people were working, we understood. At one point there were over 25 people in the dining room. The young lady was kind and courteous to all customers (who were not). She deserves a medal and a raise for her service.
