This place is the perfect cap to many of the restaurants in the Cotton District. The donuts are made to order and almost like funnel cake in texture and flavor.

This weekend on March 12 at 9:24 AM was a good morning because I had just tried Dapper Doughnuts for the first time. Let me tell you it is the only reason I would come to Starkville besides softball.

Dapper doughnut is different from other doughnut shops. They give off a very fancy doughnut shop vibe yet their doughnuts are nothing special and are expensive too. You can get better doughnuts at cheaper prices at other places. I mean charging only for putting syrup on top of mini doughnuts is not worth the price. The shop looks very nice from the outside though.

Dapper Doughnut is not your typical doughnut. They are about the size of a doughnut hole, but come with topping and flavorings. There are so many options to choose from so don't worry leaving unhappy about the choices. As some reviews may say the prices may seem steep at 9.99 for 12 but honestly every time we go (children love these doughnuts) I feel like I'm getting money's worth.I've never had an issue with ordering or the service, and wait times for your order is quite quick. Overall this is a fun place to have a nice treat.

The cutest doughnut shop I've ever seen. The atmosphere was amazing and the doughnuts were sooo gorgeous I almost didn't want to eat them. The gentleman that waited on me and my daughter was friendly. It was great to see him decorate the doughnuts right in front of us. My daughter thought that was awesome!

Daughter had heard this new place was really good, so we decided to try for breakfast when I was in town for a football game. Located in the heart of the Cotton District behind the "famous" BIN612 of the "Cheese Fries" fame.Mini doughnuts are prepared to order and come out piping hot in a reasonable amount of time. However I could see them getting backed up quickly at peak times. We chose the Cookies & Cream, Lemon Cheese Danish, Strawberry Funnel Cake and Turtle flavors to try.The base of all the doughnuts is a vanilla cake batter cooked to order with various glazes and toppings used to create the many flavors. We both agreed that our favorite was the Turtle and liked the Cookies & Cream the least. It was the only one would probably not order again. There is no seating, you order at one window and pick up at another when ready. As my daughter suggested, I imagine that they do a really good amount of business staying open late after some of the other district establishments are closing or calling for last round.I will definitely come back to try more flavors and I'm sure my daughter & her friends with pick some up for a late night "studying" boost regularly as well.

Great food, service, and people... weird location. One way street kind of threw me off, but I'm not originally from the area either. It's probably normal for locals.

Tastes amazing, highly recommend the smores flavor, but everyone should be aware of the size of the donuts before going. A 6 pack will run you about $6 for a very small amount of food, and you can eat them all in under a minute. Absolutely delicious though.
