Management makes excuses to not deal with their own shortfalls, including lying about those shortfalls. Unfortunate they can have terrible customer service and not care about it. We need better options in Starkville. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I’ve been ordering from this specific domino’s for over a year and they have been amazing. I’m not a fan of all of the food but that’s just a personal preference, that’s not to take away from how good the other food that I do like is. They have always been nice and respectful when i went in store and ive just never had a problem with them. my go to place right here.

Terrible customer service. I’ve spent more time per hour with corporate to get a refund on pizza not delivered, than the actual pizza cost. How about picking up a phone, calling people back, and refunding them for food not received? #lookingforanewfridaynightpizzaace, #yourcustomerserviceisajoke

The most roach infested and unhygienic place ever! I found a roach on my pizza! Also it's the most unprofessional environment in Starkville! Since when do you have a husband and wife working together along with other couples..... totally unprofessional and they're also disrespectful as well.

Kelsey the manager was very helpful with my order even after I had an issue from a different shift

Employees were incredibly rude and negligent to the drive thru window and proceeded to argue and then tell me not to come back to this location when confronted about the negligence of the other window when we had been sitting there for 15 minutes already and were very polite about the situation.

Delivered to the wrong address and said it was nothing they could do. Didn't ask the person to show proof they ordered the food or anything. So someone else was fed at my expense. Anytime I have ordered from this location I have never had this problem until now.
