Me, my husband, and 4 young kids came here tonight and had a wonderful server, experience and meal. This was the same price as chipotle but way better experience. The food tasted amazing. And all of the staff were so kind. I felt welcomed and cared for.
Of all the Mexican restaurants in the area this is my favorite by far. Overall a solid experience. One of the best shrimp quesadillas I've had anywhere. Cocktails are hand curated. Thankfully the margaritas are homemade and not neon green like other local places. Vera Cruz is on our list of regular visits.
There are 100 mexican restaurants in Starkville, but this is by far the best. Same people have worked there since they opened so you get to know each other a bit which is nice. Traditional mexican street tacos and whole fried fish. Regular margaritas and the skin margaritas never disappoint! So glad we have 1 great mexican restaurant among the other mediocre ones!
