Screw this place. Every time I've walked by this bar, I've always seen dogs here so I decided to go there with my dog and some friends tonight. Well joke was on me. The security guard or whoever it was decided that he was afraid of my dog and said I wasn't allowed to come in because it was “busy.†THERE WERE ABOUT 25 PEOPLE IN THE BAR!!!! How are you going to tell me you were busy when there was no one there?!

This is my last resort to file a complaint with the fountain bar. There is no phone number listed, so I have Twitter and Facebook messaged them asking for their phone number and no one will respond or address my concern. I was here with a group of friends a couple of weeks ago and we got there about 10:30. There were only 4 of us. Around 11:15 we all went to the bar to grab a drink and go to the restroom. When we came back to dance, the guy taking cover money would not let any of us back in. He said "we're not letting anyone else in tonight." After we all showed him our green wrist bands where we had JUST paid to get in less than an hour ago, he put his arm in front of our faces and blocked us from getting in. Here's a tip: STOP GIVING OUT TOO MANY WRIST BANDS IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO LET PEOPLE IN AFTER THEY PAY! We weren't offered a refund or apologized to, just a big "F you" from the "security". We won't be back. We're taking our business where people treat their customers right.
