The ac does not seem to work inside so, the restruant always seems to be 80 degrees or hotter. The drive thru does not work well. Mostly cars pull up and wait. Usually this Hardee's isn't busy at all. If you have time to wait 20 min or so food it is a good option. Breakfast is better option. Food is good, service and atmosphere are not.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. I just love how the entire crew greeted you when you go in store. The bacon biscuit was hot and fresh and hash browns was perfect. I travel a lot so when I get to town they be my first stop.

I ordered the special for breakfast two for five steak biscuits. I can honestly see why they are five dollars each the best steak biscuit in town. The young lady Angel💕 that waited on me was an absolute delight. After placing my order she offered to bring it to the tablesince I had my grandchildren with me. The dining room was clean. We will definitely be back. My granddaughter had to go to the restroom before we left. I am usually skeptical about using public places, but these restrooms were absolutely spotless. Not what I expected from a fast food restaurant.

We had an especially good experience with the assistant GM, Angel. She has great customer service skills and a wonderful attitude. My grandfather was really impressed with her.
The only trouble was the volume of the music. It was way too loud at first, to the point my grandfather couldn't understand my grandmother when she was speaking. They did turn it down though, and we're very grateful for that.
This Hardees is so nice to go to when we're in town. The biscuits are just unparalleled. The coffee is impressively good, too (when it's fresh). Overall, very good experiences here. Thanks Hardees! Just a little lower volume on the music please 😁

My son and I stopped in for lunch. The chicken strips and fries were hot and fresh. I did not expect the hospitality to be as great as a sit down restaurant but it was AMAZING. Angel was very attentive to our needs. We will be back.

The customer service at Hardees in Starkville is horrible. It starts with the manager and trickles down to some of the cashiers. The manager is very confrontational and no sense of urgency to fix the problem. She has a really bad arrogant attitude and uses a hostile tone when speaking to customers. The cashier rolls eyes when the order is wrong and mumbles under her breath to the manager. The manager engages in the foolishness. I will not spend my money with Hardees when they are on duty ever again. I left the food with them. I need my refund to repost today to my card. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

I've come to the realization that the trend with restaurants in Starkville are run by college kids who don't care. I waited a good 15-20 mins for my meal in the drive thru and everything was cold. The fries were excruciatingly salty and not fresh. The burger was like they heated it up in the microwave for 30 seconds and called it a day. It was a mushroom burger that was also super salty. Who the heck is in charge of all of the salt in this place??
